Why are SalesSignal Notifcations including emails between my colleagues and I?
Hi Zoho Community, I was curious why the SalesSignal notifications included emails between my colleagues and I? Especially emails that are irrelevant to our clients. Help Center User Invite Email Issues
Good morning. I sent out a Help Center User Invite Email and re-sent it several times with no success. It is not going through to the email's inbox or spam. I tried this again with other email addresses with different domains and still, nothing going through. Could our zoho email address be blacklisted or is there something wrong with the initial email address setup? Any idea of how to resolve this? Thank you!

Web form not recognizing data input in portrait on mobile phones
Hey all, I have copied the JS Code into the web page and the form works fine on all devices apart from mobile phones when they are in portrait. I have tried different phones and different browsers with the same result. When the form is filled out it doesn't recognize this and states that the First Name cannot be empty. It will work if the mobile phone is in landscape view.

Hello, I regularly notice I have to refresh my browser because you've made some changes/improvements. Keep up the pace, that's great. However, it would be nice to know what has been done, new features has been implemented, and so on...when we have this message. UI on every Zoho Product is totally different WTF?????
I am trying to use Zoho for all my business needs but now I find out that the UI between Zoho books and Zoho CRM is totally different. Zoho CRM has the menus along the top, Zoho Books has it down the side. If I issue a quote in Zoho CRM and convert it to an invoice everything looks totally different to issuing an invoice in Zoho Books even though all the information is the same. I also find that the sync between the two isn't automatic. Even the icon used for "setup" is a totally different image.

I have several clients that have signed up for recurring billing on their invoices, however in WePay the payment shows as coming from null null which makes it very difficult to track. Is there something I did wrong in the set up or is this just how it works?

Hi, I am an Enterprise Plan user. And I find that error Gibberish characters shown in the export CSV file as I am using Traditional Chinese (in both the field name and the field value.) And I have found in the forum that this problem was reported 5 years ago and there is still a problem there. Template builder Editor history misses the 1st deleted element
Editing a template when elements are deleted, and Alert comes up saying "Data in this element cannot be restored. Delete anyway?", so everybody has to click Ok. When going to the Editor history to recover an old Version the 1st element deleted is impossible to recover. Tried multiple times with same results. You can recover up to the 2nd element deleted and up. The 1st one is lost forever.

"Shift" characters not working on remote OSX High Sierra

QoL Suggestion: Create Better Design Distinction Between Tasks and Sub Tasks in Task Lists
Quality of Life Suggestion Task lists can get VERY long, full of tasks and their subsequent subtask. Visually, I think it would be helpful to have a more distinct design of parent task rows (font size, style, color and/or rest-state row background colors) to help further distinguish them from their sub-tasks. Indention of subtasks is nice, but feels less and less effective the longer a taklist of tasks and subtasks get. Thanks

Hi, I've made a subform (Next_Steps_subform) and a want the input in one field (Next_steps_responsible) to dictate an autofill in "User". I have created the below code and it works fine on the first row created in the subform, but not in subsequent rows. Image attached to show issue. auto number depending on the last record created
Hi, I want to use the Auto number filed in C5 but the problem is that my number I want to auto create has to have a letter and -. I have a list of project. Each project has a number like P-18-0200. When I create another project, I want the filed "Project number" in my form to be autopopulated with the last project number + 1. Ex: Last project number was P-18-0150, so the next number should be P-18-0151. How can I do that? Thnak guys!

In my early days of using Zoho CRM, I created a custom field in my Contacts view with a Formula to 'look at' the Company Name and replicate it in the custom field (after I'd converted a Lead to a Contact, I then 'edited' and saved the Company Name field in the Contact View). Problems with creating more personal email accounts
Hi, I've tried reading this forum for an answer but haven't found it yet. Here is my problem: I have had serious problems creating an email account at Zoho to begin with. I opened an account but saw that I got a .eu-adress, which I do not want to have. I tried with a.com then got a message "The username which you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region". So I thought I couldnt create one since I am in Europe. Kept trying and suddenly (dont know how) i created a .com-adress. I am switching
Urgent Password Reset but zoho representative STILL NO REPLY
It has been two days but there is no REPLY from ZOHO TEAM for a password reset. We have already provide all the required documents they need on their last email however we haven't hear from them after that. We need to reset the password on our admin account as soon as possible for our business to keep going. We are all disappointed on this issue. Please HELP !!!
Tabbed page disappears when going back to it
Hi...I'm using my Recruit on Chrome, and when I have multiple tabs open (in Chrome) and start to add/edit something....if I go to another tab and back again, Recruit Page is completely Blank. Shows that it is still on my Zoho Recruit page, however I must refresh to see the page. When I do, all the data is gone and have to start from scratch. Has happened a dozen times today....what's up with the autosave when filling a form? What is the problem?
