Candidate Listing/Name Format
Hi there, After numerous back and forth emails from zoho support (thank you, I appreciate it!), we've discovered that we cannot have the candidates listed First Name, then Last Name AND also sorted alpha by last name. We would still really like to do this! We do not particularly like seeing the names 'Last Name First Name,' as it is a little confusing. But the only way to have our list sorted alpha by last name was if we changed the name format to 'Last name First name.' Now, even the 'Interviewer'
Associating Note with Job Opening
When I create a note on a candidate, there is a checkbox that says, "Add this note to the Job Opening record." When I check that box, it opens a field where the job opening can be entered by hand, or selected from a list of jobs the candidate is associated with. If the candidate is only associated with one job, please auto-populate that field with the job.

Client ID needs to be added to Client Emails, not only Contact ID
Client Emails need to have both Client ID as well as Contact ID. Currently, when moving a Contact to a new Client, the emails do not then show in the Client record to which the Emails pertain. What is going on with my email account?
For the second time, I am getting duplicates of very old emails sent to me as new emails. I am also seeing that all my new emails are going directly to trash rather than my inbox. I did not set up or change any filters, so I'm not sure what is going on. Is there some kind of error going on in the system?
MS Word crashes when trying to mail merge with Creator Plugin
Hi, I've installed Zoho Creator MS Word Plug-in, defined a simple form (just one text field) and I've been trying to do a mail merge. I can sign-in with the plugin, define the template but once I click 'Start Merge' the MS Word crashes. Any idea what can be wrong? Thanks, Jakub

HELP - Can no log into Zoho invoice (USA feature) from Spain.
How do i log into Zoho.com from Spain? I have tried a dozen ways. It keeps taking me to the .EU or SPanish sites... I had to turn my phone on to get the validation code and then the site is still .EU not .COM and the .EU site will not show me Zoho Invoice... I can not get to the .COM site from Europe.... Hello, We have created a spreadsheet for our organization that we would like a select group of people globally to be able to access and edit. I have shared this document with "Collaborators Only" and have entered the email addresses of the collaborators. The people in the U.S. seem to have no issues accessing the document. The two people in the U.K. cannot. I've asked for screenshots, ensured that they are using the proper email addresses to log in, etc. and it doesn't show any shared documents

Am looking into GDPR compliance regarding data we maintain using Zoho Creator. Although Zoho has published some info on: https://www.zoho.com/gdpr.html I've been looking into implications about certain types of data we maintain on Zoho Creator and my understanding is that we need to keep a log of any changes to data. ie If a record is changed a log should be kept of the old value of the field and date and time it was changed and user that changed it. Problem with deployment on workgroup
I am having some difficultly deploying onto our computers that are not part of our active directly. The Deployment Manager has found the computers and, if I plug in the wrong username/password info I get an immediate failure because of the bad logon info, with the correct logon info I get a "Failed" status with the remark "The computer is not reachable". We use PDQ Deploy/Inventory with these machines without much trouble.
Allowing someone else to start a broadcast of your shared slideshow
When I share a slideshow with someone, even making them a co-owner, they can access it, but when they attempt to start a live broadcast, the option is not there. Is there a way to allow other people to broadcast my document without me having to initiate it?

Create Zoho Account But Error During Verification
I created a zoho account using a XXX phone number. In verification step I could not receive the code in cell phone. I changed the phone number to a already used number in another zoho account. Now, I can not login with the XXX phone number to get a new verification code, and if I do login with the phone number of the other account it does not work for this new account, only the older. Adding sub-section results in "Unable to process your request" message
I'm trying to add a Security sub-section to my KB, but it results in a "Unable to process your request" message popping up. If I edit an article, and try to create the sub-section that way, it reports that "This name is taken" I have a feeling I created it quite some time ago and deleted it, but can't find it in recycle bin to recover. subform writing to another form
I am creating an inventory system for a lending library of recording equipment. It starts with a parent form for selecting the user borrowing equipment, and in a subform a lookup field pulls the item number from the equipment inventory form. I'm trying to update the availability of each item loaned in the inventory on_success of the parent form. I can get the first item selected in the subform to update to the inventory form, but not the second, third, etc. Below is my workflow that is not working.

Hi, last week, I was able to click on my contacts in the bottom left corner in Zoho CRM. I would bring up the contact for instant messaging. I was also able to click on the video camera icon to do a video call. This week I can't initiate a video call. I click on video call and nothing happens. Did something change?
