Setting user to active in group not actually saving
Hi ... I am attempting to add and make active a user to a group. I can add their email address and then when I click the button to make them active, it says at the top that it is saved. But if I click elsewhere and then come back to the group, it shows as inactive. I tried clicking the edit pencil button and then choosing active and saving, and it says it's saving, but then when I check it again, the user shows inactive. Any ideas of what I need to do to get that working? Thanks, Devin.
All candidates view
Hello It's been a while since I have this issue with the "all candidates" view, where there is no filter or criterias. So logically, all my candidates should appear there. However I noticed that's not the case, some of them are not appearing in the list (and I can find them back with the search bar), and at this moment with this view, I only have 32 candidates appearing (instead of the thousands one that are in my ATS). Zoho Sheet bug on very basic formatting !
A new very annoying bug has been introduced on Zoho Sheet a couple of days ago (beginning of February). Zoho is now UNUSABLE for most sheets. A text cell with characters exceeding his length, in ANY kind of spreasheet, has to cover the left side cell IF it's empty. Amazingly, if you go to that cell and press DEL to be sure it is empty, the formatting works again... BUT if you close and reopen the sheet, or you import a new one, all the empty / emptied cells are back "non trasparent". Hope you fix

ZOHO call logging on LG V30 phone
I have everything enabled and all app permissions enabled, however I am not getting a call log popup when I complete a call from my contacts list on my LG V30 Android phone. ZOHO support tells me it's a known issue. Has anybody else encountered this issue? Has anybody found a work around for it?
Genrated Image in Record Summary
I have a field with an URL to an image. Would like to display this image in a Record Summary, is that possible? The URL is dynamically generated so i cannot add it as a normal image field. Wrong set of related lists on every page
I experiencing a bug. When I look at an Account page, left panel shows wrong set of related list. The visible set of related list corresponds to Contact. The same bug is on all other module pages - only related list of standard fields are visible, no related lists of custom Lookup fields. How can I add timesheet entries to an invoice using the API
When creating an invoice through the Web GUI, I can include unbilled items from my timesheet for specified projects. How do I do this using the API? [And is there any chance we could have custom invoice ID formats with per customer numbering so I don't need to do this?]

I'm really happy with the automatic call logging for outgoing calls on my cell phone, but had two questions: 1. Does the CRM give the option to log incoming calls from leads and contacts? 2. Keyboard shortcuts
I have looked and made searches everywhere, but I could not find any information on keyboard shortcuts in ZOHO-Connect. Does that mean they don't exist? If not, is it not time they are being implemented? I miss the speed, handiness and ease that some clever keyboard shortcuts bring. Having to abandon the keyboard to grab the mouse and click slows down the flow and momentum. Especially on the Kanban-style task boards, keyboard shortcuts would help tremendously!
The 'State / Province' field is auto filled with a state name
The 'State / Province' field is auto filled for customers with a state name. I think i must have configured this somewhere in error. How do i get it back so the field just shows the light grey text of what i call the field name, which is 'county'? Thanks
CRM Lead blocks not working
Hello, Currently when I use a 'Fetch Lead' or 'Create/Update Lead' block, and select a connection with full scope permissions, I get an error message saying: "Zoho CRM says : the module name given seems to be invalid". As far as I can tell, the other blocks seem to work fine, but not the ones for Leads. Please fix ASAP.

Mailbox size not reducing after deleting most messages
Hello, I am writing on behalf of one of my users (user ID: 565745358), he has been deleting emails for the past couple of days an it the mailbox size has not reduced, it got to the point where now he is over the limit and is blocked from sending or receiving, we deleted most of his emails and the mailbox size has yet to go down, however, under folder size you can see that he barely has over 1 GB of storage used. Please Help, I have tried the other solutions on the forums to no avail.
