Outlook plugin - email attachment
It would be handy if the Outlook plugin would allow you to attach the email to the 'Deal' which it corresponds to. Maybe instead of just attaching to the CRM and creating a new client contact, we could have the option to select where to attach the email from a list of active Deals. Every time one of our users attaches an email to Zoho CRM, it creates a new client contact and the email will appear there. Folder missing in app
Yesterday, via the Web interface I created a new folder to put some of my email into and moved about 8 emails into it. When I open the Zoho Mail App on my iPhone 8 and look at the folder tree, the folder is not there. All my other folders are there but not that one. When I log into my email account on the Web, the folder is there. Any help?

Mail Storage Does not reduces
Hi, my mailbox is showing 71% filled. In Folders list i could see the size of each folder. Than i deleted many emails that were not required. After that i again went to Folders List and could see significant decrease of size of each folders of whom i deleted my emails. But my total storage still shows 71% and i waited for even next 2 days , as in help documentation it was written that current storage reflection might take a while to update. but still after 2-3 days it shows 71% while my folder storage
Problem with Calendar Sync Between Outlook and Zoho with Plugin
I am using the Outlook Plugin for Zoho. I want my calendar items to from Outlook to Sync with Zoho. I can get the calendar items to sync, but the invitees from outlook are not showing up in Zoho. That is, I can see the "event" in zoho but not the people I invited. I would like this to work so that I can look back in Zoho at a contact and see what meetings I have had with them

ZOHO Mail not receiving emails
I have a domain mothoutdoors.com hosted externally,it had expired and the same day I have renewed and added MX records. Now I'm not receiving any emails to my email id's anith@mothoutdoors.com and ask@mothoutdoors.com. If I try to email from within these two accounts that is if I mail from ask@mothoutdoors.com to anith@mothoutdoors.com I'm getting the email. Customize form style with CSS (not for published forms)
I am using Zoho Creator to run a Word Order database application and would like to know if it's possible to customize the layout of the form. I keep reading that you can customize a published from but that's not what I am looking for. I know you can go to Settings > Customize but this only allows me to choose from pre-built layouts. Trying to pull a list that includes everyone with a certain keyword contained in the notes field, to include their name, company name, and email address, and export into Excel (Experimented with Zoho, searched guides/help as well as forums - seems to be limited to 10 results and can't customize to include contact name and company name to show in the results fields as they are not options. Emails Moving from Inbox to Trash
Hi. I have an issue that popped up recently. I started missing emails on my POP clients. I logged onto the web client and found that all of my new emails, as well as all of my old emails somehow moved to the trash folder. New emails are continuing to get moved into the trash folder. Any idea why this would happen? Also, is there any way to move the emails in my trash folder back into my inbox? I tried on my own, but it only lets me do 200 at a time (and I have >11,000). Built in Mail app for iOS devices showing "Unread" for Active Sync servers.
Since the last iOS update all my Active Sync Zoho mail accounts are showing every e-mail as unread even when it's been read in Webmail and desktop mail apps (running IMAP) I've tried adding Active Sync to the desktop instead but it rejects being added to Apple Mail. It's only bee happening for the last couple of weeks but happens on my iPhone X and two iPad Pros.
