Default bank acount
Hey guys, Will you please consider this ..... I have to set up a default bank account - Undeposited funds - so that all payments go to this account for normal transactions like invoice payments (invoice deposits - staff wouldn't think of changing this)... But when making payments to vendors they generally go out of a specific account & this default account has to be changed every time I make a payment to a vendor. Can we please have a "remembered" account for certain transactions ? Loving Zoho more

Guys, I used to use Google Pipelines (A Streak feature) to organize my work for some projects. So I had an overwie of who sent me what and what time and which partners I am still waiting for an Email and so on. It looks like in the attachment. Hi guys, I've found that when we try raising a ticket in Zoho Desk that we get the following message: Content is not available. Please try again after some time. Filter openURL for all IDs in a list
I have a multi-select lookup field. My ultimate goal is to be able to add IDs from the picklist and then be able to edit them without having to submit the main form. The only idea i have is to have a checkbox under the lookup field that when checked, would open a report/view of ONLY the records inside the multi-select lookup field. This way I'll be able to edit the records. My question is, how do I go passing parameters thru openURL so that I see only the IDs inside the current lookup field? If

When embedding a Zoho calendar on to my webpage, FF Quantum doesn't render the page in the editor, which is not an issue, but I am also unable to publish the website. 6 Total users - 1 administrator/5 users (uploaders/view files) I have 5 users who need to upload/view documents/files to a main shared folder/subfolders, but I do not want to allow them to delete any documents. I only want 1 administrator to be able to delete documents. Is this possible is Zoho Docs? Additionally, would the users be able to download the files also? Thank you.

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to get items/products from a created estimate and bucket the values for each item into either setup or recurring. I currently have a function that sends the total value of the estimate back to the CRM but I need to now separate out the total into recurring fees and setup fees for each line item. Our team is using you crm for developing a mobile application. But there is one problem with the data insertion it takes too much time to process. Problem with accessing CRM
I have received the invitation to join CRM from my company admin but get an 'account disabled' message when I put in my email and password. We have tried deleting my account then setting it up again, lots of repeat invitations, change of password, several different laptops, ipad app, going out and using someone else's broadband connection, with no joy. I am having trouble finding information on how to work with embedded spreadsheets. I have embedded a spreadsheet on a website and realize there are many limitations. I want to know if when you embed a spreadsheet, how do you save the data entered? I thought it would automatically save but it does not. Is it possible to edit and save or ready only?? Error Exceeded Maximun Allowed Authtokens - MS Outlook
Hi, I had the known issue of exceeded maximum authtokens. I proceeded as explained (go to Zoho Account, delete authtokens so I have only one or two left). Now, when I enter mail and password in MS Zoho connection window, nothing happens. I mean, fields get empty, and I have no feedback. And I can no longer use Outlook, because Zoho is enable to connect... What should I do ? If I unsinstall / reinstall the plugin, will I lost all my synchronization history ? Rgds Jean

In workflows add when "Create OR Field Update"
Actually in workflows you can pick WHEN Create, Create or Edit, Edit, Field Update or Delete. What about "Create or Field Update"? Must workflows using WHEN = "Field Update" have to be Duplicate to run WHEN = Create. You can use "Create or Edit" and it will run when other fields are edited. It has to be WHEN "Field Update" AND WHEN "Create", so, what about to add "Create or Field Update"?
Home Page - Events View add Contact Phone?
I use a Home Page component, a view that lists my Events scheduled for Today. Is there any way to add the linked contact's Phone # as a column on that view? The only Contact fields I see as options are Contact Name, and Best Time to Contact.

Hello! I've been trying to create a workflow rule that would link 2 modules together, yet I cannot figure out how to do it. We are trying to write a workflow that will hide fields in the 'Account' module, if the 'Account' module is linked to the 'Product' module, via certain products.
