DKIM Setup but get result - Your message is not signed with DKIM
Hi, I have setup DKIM for my domain and it is enabled. I have added the correct record to my DNS records. When I test this on mail-tester (https://www.mail-tester.com/web-fzpa8) it says "Your message is not signed with DKIM". See atached screenshot of the report from mail tester. I have waited the appropriate time for the DNS record to propagate. Can anyone please assist me with this. It's driving me crazy. Best regards, Philip

Hi, I'm setting up an email capture form in Zoho CRM, and need to trigger an email to the user that submits the form. I'd like this email to come from a general mailbox for the company, but am only seeing individual CRM users as options for the "From" email. How can I adjust this? Also, is it possible to have the CRM form trigger an email to send from Zoho Campaigns? Or, does it all need to be built within Zoho CRM? Thanks, Jenny

I need to create a RELATED LIST that would allow us to record and display when one Account/Company has a relationship with another Account/Company. Any individual Account/Company may have multiple relationships with other Accounts/Companies and we need these connections to be visible in either Account/Company record. Matrix fields at IOS
Hi, I love the way matrix fields are working, but when we use Forms at iPad, the matrix table dont adjust for the wide of the screen of an iPad. It just two of the column that shows, so the user have to slide to get the 3.th and 4th column. It seems that is lots of space so its not problem with that. Is it possible to adjust this or not?

All of a sudden this morning, I can no longer access emails I have sent through Zoho. If I click on an email sent to a Lead, it opens briefly then disappears. I've not changed anything, and I've tried logging in and out, rebooting pC, etc etc - can anyone explain what's going on?
Issue with deal creation during lead conversion
When creating a new deal during lead conversion, it ignores the layout rules of the deals module and displays ALL available fields. This is problematic because certain conditions have required fields, which in this case are ALL displayed. Deal creation during lead conversion should follow the same layout rules as the deals module.

Should the custom modules that I have created (Enterprise version) show in Zoho Mobile ?
