I am unable to access my email by any means other than webmail or the zoho app. The imap server does not recognize me. I tried changing my password: all mobile apps and webmail work, but not Apple mail on my laptop or my iPhone.
Gmail Chat Widget Unreliable
The Gmail Chat icon displays but shows me available to chat late at night and not available during business hours. Almost like it's backwards, (although I haven't had time to check the actual times). It works correctly on the website. I won't be able to use this. Please let me know when this is fixed.
Can not Edit Bill for backordered Items
Hello , We did back order for some items and after item received we Converted the PO to Bill successfully. We made a mistake in Bill Prices and we want to edit the Bill but we get the Below Error. (( Only backordered items are allowed in this bill. )) All items in our Bill have been Backordered and fully received. Pls advise how to solve the error and edit the Bill.
Error exporting record summary to PDF
Is anyone else experiencing errors when exporting a custom record summry to PDF? I have this problem only in some entries, the PDF file downloaded in 0kb. Anyone that knows if it´s a problem with my script or with the platform? Thanks

Forward to internal addresses
When I attempt to set up a forward to an address at my domain (internal address), I get the error "Email forwarding could not be added. Try later." For example, if my address is me@mydomain.com, I get an error if I try to forward to anotheruser@mydomain.com. I am able to forward to an outside domain, however. I need two separate individuals to receive message sent to a specific address. If forwarding is not the mechanism (as it is in Gmail), I would greatly appreciate someone letting me know how
Merge Free Plan domain with newly purchased Standard Plan on a second domain.
As the title says, I have been working with a free plan on one domain. I will start using many different domains so I bought a Standard plan and configured on a second domain that I will be using. When I go into add domain it says that the domain already exists. Makes sense since it's already being used with the free plan. How can I link both accounts without losing any data?

Updating Unattended Acceress
I accidentally emailed an old version of the ZA_Access.exe installer to a customer. I tried uninstalling, then reinstalling the lastest version, then rebooting. It was still running the old version. I also tried updating to the latest version by running c:\Program Files (x86)\ZohoMeeting\UnAttended\ZohoMeeting\ZA_Upgrader.exe -- I received a UAC prompt, but it didn't appear to do anything else. The old verison works, but what can I do to get the latest version working? Thanks.

I just added an email account to ZOHO-Mail. It has been updating my inbox and now, I think, it is done. However the emails are not listed in chronological order. Mails from 2015 are followed up by mails from 2017 and 2016. It is a mess! What can be done?
Unified Mail Accounts on Webmail IMAP
Hi, I need to add several emails to my webmail so I can see them all in my account. The thing it only lets me add POP accounts and when it syncs, it marks all mails as unread even thought they have bben read on Outlook or my phone. Workflows Not Functioning
Hey community, Within the last few days we have noticed that many of our previously functioning workflows are not functioning. This is happening in both custom and non-custom modules, and is not happening with all of our workflows. The workflows not functioning seem to be isolated to the Create and Create/Edit options in 'When'. The conditions and actions do not seem to be a culprit in the non-functionality. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any troubleshooting ideas? Thanks!
