How do I apply a pricebook / pricelist when I create purchase order using the Inventory API?
When I add pricebook_id to the purchase order JSON request, I see the correct pricebook associated with the purchase order but the prices are incorrect. Do I have to look up the prices manually and apply them to each item? I should just be able to apply a pricelist to a purchase order and not have to deal with pricing.
I am unable to search my mail
Hello there, I added my mail on both Outlook and Mac Mail as IMAP following instructions here, but I am unable to search through my mailbox. Nothing I type populates search results. Cannot set event reminder in Thunderbird-Lightning
If I create an event in Thunderbird-Lightning, it is properly created in the Zoho Calendar except for the reminder. If I create the event and choose a reminder 15 minutes before, when I go to check the event, it has no reminder set--both in Thunderbird-Lightning and in the Zoho Calendar web interface. Is there any way to create reminders using Thunderbird? I am using Thunderbird 52.5.2 (current release version) on Windows 7.
Templates email - Recipients are not populated
Hello, I have created a few templates for the emails I send often. My only problem so far is the empty recipients list. My template has emails in the To: and CC: fields already. However, when I insert the template in a new email, I have to re-write them. Is there any way to populate those fields?

I have put off sharing this to give Zoho time to solve the problem. Pressing the Archive button doesn't close the message after archiving
When you are viewing a message and you press the archive button, it used to close the message after archiving it. This isn't working anymore. You have to manually press the X to close the message after pressing the archive button. This really slows down going through mail and archiving it! What happened?
How to Use Multiple Account Locations
Some of our clients are large national firms with contacts in multiple different offices and we need to be able to look at both the entire national account and the staff located within each location. Though I know there is a "SITE" option at the ACCOUNT level this doesn't appear to have any linkages with the CONTACTS. Am I missing something about how to use this field or does this mean that we will need to set up a Parent Company as the national firm and then add Member Companies for each location?
how can I print without 8 hours of blank time on the top of the page? I also want colors to print, and they don't.
Printing my calendar is fairly useless. The colors do not print (not even as borders which would not be optimal but better than nothing) and the top of the page is the hours 12-7 which are always empty, thereby splitting the useful time onto multiple pages. How can I fix these things?

Deleting Default Fields and Automation Based on Department
I have a few questions regarding Zoho Desk: How can I delete a default field for the tickets. We are using Zoho Desk as an employee knowledge base and some of the fields are not required. How can we remove the fields? Also, how to I automate who a ticket goes to? In some way I want the emoloyees to select the department they need help in and the ticket will be assigned to an agent in that department. Is this something you can help me with? Duplicating System Fields

How do I delete a search
I created a bunch of searches and now they are no longer relevant. I do not see how to delete expired searches. Some of these things like job openings seem to be held in a cache rather than be deleted. The next best solution would be to have an "All" search be the default. I do not know how to do that. Please help.
