Custom Invoice/Estimate Numbers
Hello there, I have a specific invoice / estimate number system which was so far based on a number of parameters: For estimates, my numbering takes on the following format: EST-YYAA-MMDD/NN.RR Where, YY is the year in which the estimate was created (e.g. 17 for 2017) AA is a alphanumeric project code (taken from a custom dropdown field called "Project Type" I created under Estimate Preferences, it's 2 or 3 characters long) MM is the month in which the estimate was created (e.g. 12 for December)
Bank Accounts directly linked rather than importing bank statements
Is it possible to link my bank account with zoho books so that the transactions get imported in directly for reconcilliation rather than importing bank statements? Is this safe?

PhoneBridge Asterisk module not receiving ZUID
We are integrating Zoho Phonebridge with CRM on an Asterisk 1.8 (FreePBX) server. The module is loaded but when the nohup command is executed, there is a java error stating that the ZUID is not found as well as an HTTP error 400. Here the output file. Select an image in a stateless form
Hello experts! Could you give me a help with this? I have a form with products. Each product have an image uploaded and fields with characteristics. I would like to make a stateless form where images of products are dynamically shown, according to the characteristics selected by the clients. The images have to be able to be choosen by the client. Email verification failed, tried all 3 ways
I have tried all the 3 ways you mentioned for email setting up, domain verification. site is tangybox.com, it is hosted on AWS and domain is on Bigrock.in 1. added CNAME, error: There are no CNAME Records found for your domain. 2. added TXT, error: There are no TXT Records found for your domain. 3. tried html method, you can see: http://tangybox.com/zohoverify/verifyforzoho.html and again error: host not found. And its not like I am checking instantly, but I have waited for over 1 day for each.

Nevertheless, when I post a message in the forum, she receive a mail. But when the client or I send a comment in this same forum, she does not receive it. Only the creator of the forum receive it. Timesheet, budget, estimate and invoice
Selected clients receive a not-to-exceed budget for each project. First, a timesheet project is set up for each client project. Then, within the timesheet project setup I add the budget in the budget field. Finally, I prepare an estimate from within the timesheet project, but I can't figure out how to make the budget the not-to-exceed amount in the estimate. Is this possible? Finally, will/can Zoho invoice notify me when timesheet project time exceeds the estimated budget? [so I can send a change

Lead Assignment Rules - Zoho Webforms
Does anyone know is it possible to utilise the lead assignment rules with Zoho forms? We currently have 3 categories for lead assignment based on industry, 2 of the groups are assigned to individual users and the 3rd group is to be round robin out to other users. I have tried the Lead Assignment app in Zoho marketplace but that just round robins the leads to every user in the CRM, which is completely useless if you have non-sales users. There doesn't seem to be any way to create a group of users
How do we close a lead?
I have received some leads that were irrelevant nad marked them as junk leads to prevent further digging into them bu they still show up in list of open leads. How do we terminate leads? Is it not a good idea to add a field on leads marking them completed, preventing them from appearing in views? Rajesh Bhadra

Hi there, As our company is international, and we would like our users to be able to utilise the mobile app to make phone calls, we would find it useful to have some guidelines / compulsory conventions around phone numbers. For example, we would like all Australian numbers to have +61 and drop the 0 at the front. This will save our users not in Australia time spent trying to figure out what to prefix the telephone number with. Maybe it could be a built in feature, like a user could select a timezone

Account with own domain, IMAP vs IMAPPRO
I have own domain and I use it for this ZOHO mail plan. I use eM Client (and Thunderbird) email plan in my PC. My settings incoming server are imappro.zoho.com (port 993). Emails coming in eM Client and Thunderbird only when I restart program. If I change incominserver imap.zoho.com (port 993) then everything are ok. Why so? What is different imappro vs imap?

My Open Tickets/Total Records
We have an agent in our Zoho Desk. Amy Adams. She had nine tickets assigned to her, both in her My Open Tickets and her Agent Queue she was only showing two of the nine tickets, and those two are not Open. Not sure what was causing this. Additionally, our Total Records has been showing off on some views. Please see the attached screenshow Just reporting some bugs, hoping for some insight on how to fix them.

Upload an Attachment to a Customer Record (Not a Ticket)
We are migrating from another system and ran into a roadblock. We need to copy customer context notes and attachments from the old system to customer records in the new. We know how to use the API to add attachments to Zoho Desk tickets, but have been unable to see a means to add Attachments to Zoho Desk "Contacts." Is the API capable of this, or can it be updated to include this function?
Zoho slideshow
How are you supposed to build a zoho slide show? I open the widget, it tells me to drag and drop or select files. As soon as I drop the first image in, it creates a slide show with a single slide that cannot be modified. This happens if I use the drag and drop or select files; I can't create a slide show of more than one slide.
Setting Email, Calendar, Write and Sheet as default applications
I am having difficulty in figuring out how to set Zoho mail as my default mail client. I want Zoho email, calendar to replace G-mail and Google Calendar. I also want Zoho Write, Sheet to be my default applications. I can't understand why this is so difficult as compared to setting Google or Office as the default. Background randomly changed. I need it back to white
I had the fern green theme. The background color was white, and the buttons and such were fern green. I went to my mail today, and it all looked normal, but right after I clicked compose, the background just changed to black. I did drop my mouse, so I figured some setting was accidentally selected. I went into settings, and I couldn't figure out how to fix this. See image below. I just want it to be white again.

Zoho CRM Checkbox show badly designed on Chrome
We use Chrome and the Checkbox when selected show very badly. Little points show up instead the whole Checkbox. Attached it goes the image showing the issue. Maybe a little padding in the CSS for all checkbox? Guys from Zoho web design? Can you see it?
