Contact Form Inquiries not Receiving in ZohoMail
Hi, I am using zohomail for about 4 months. We decided to use it completely but there is one problem, i have registered and hosted my domain in GoDaddy. When users came to my website and submit their details in contact form, it goes to godaddy webmail not zohomail. info@mykeralatrip.com
Zoho Mail Bug: Everything after & in the filename of the attachment gets cut off
This happens only when attaching file from Zoho Docs and not if the file is attached from desktop. This also does not happen in Outlook. Eg: Filename_&_ending.txt will be Filename_ Filename & ending.txt will be Filename Regards, Glenn

User already exists in your org
We had a user called admin@gochotu.com, I tried to rename it to admins@gochotu.com but I got a message "User already exists in your org". Then I deleted admin@gochotu.com and tried to create admins@gochotu.com but I still get "User already exists in your org". Please help. Thanks, Bilal Ahmed

Zoho Books - Stripe & WePay Helo
I've configured WePay and Stripe for use withing ZoHo Books. However, when trying to take payments online we have received this error: We are unable to process the payment at the moment as "Please ensure that the field values are valid and non empty." Any ideas on what may be causing this error? Hoping to be able to take payments ASAP

Hi Experts, We are using .Net c# code to create a customer contact in Zoho books using Zoho books Rest API.But we are getting "Invalid URL Passed" exception. Pay As You Go - how does it work?
I'm trying to understand how this works. If you receive all the same benefits as the forever free plan, is the credits used for emails in excess of 12000? Or are you paying for the emails starting from the first one? If you also receive access to ZOHO Social...are your credits used to pay for posts? Zoho Calendar API Authorization URL error
Hi, I am facing some problems in setting up the Zoho Calendar API (https://www.zoho.com/calendar/api/) I am registering the application in my account then calling the authorization URL from my browser to get the Authorization code. But it's showing error at the end point as "token doesn't exist". Not sure where it's occuring from. Recovering deleted folders
I have deleted a folder accidently from my email page and it says I can access it from the recycle bin. However I cannot find how to get to it. Where do I click, on my email page, to get 'Set up->Data Admin->Recycle Bin'? Thanks

When you go to report and click in the three dots there is an option to embed the report. I copy this link and put it inside an iframe. It comes up as an inaccessible page. Is there documentation for this? Is there a process for making the information public?

hi, as you can see on this form (inkedCAttura2_LI.jpg) there is a user and an email field (that automatically is set on user email you can see on user field) now, i made a email notification (as you can see on "cattura.PNG" and "cattura1.PNG") but email are not sent. why?

Unique Serial Numbers Under One Product Code
Hi, I am having an issue with applying serial numbers to product codes. I am not able to assign a serial number to a machine product code, without needing to create a whole new product code. I was wondering if there was a way to add a field so that we can assign multiple Serial Numbers under one Product Code. I am receiving the above error when I attempt to send mail. My admin panel shows the account as now blocked from November 13, 2017 till "infinite" the type as "outgoing" and the description as "unknown". When I attempt to follow the instructions for troubleshooting/unblocking, I receive an error message which states "Sorry , we are unable to process your request, please contact support@zohomail.com" However, because outgoing mail is blocked, I cannot send email to the support address. Fetching data for a form
I am new to zoho, I have imported data and made a form from that data. I am unable to get the field boxes on my form to formulate anything example: (fetch info for other fields if name is equal) and if I use the form, then it does not update the spreadsheet that I imported. Could someone help me understand please. If I have to make "another" form to use the database (which works) then it is not useful. Yes I have watched all the videos and nothing deals with this. the written guides make no sense

When can I import an excel larger than 10mb?
Now we cant reference a cell from different xls ,the only way is copy ,but the restriction 10mb is too small in such a big data time.

Relationship History
As a professional services firm we need to capture any relationship that a "new hire"/staff member has with our existing Contacts/Accounts. To be useful I need these users to specify the extent of this relationship (via a custom field I have created) and record the date that they made this entry. Once updated all fields should be locked to prevent future edits. Hi, I created a new account in ManageEngine service desk on demand. Now when user tries to login, it gives the following error. "A Zoho Account is already registered with your email address 'azad.rahman@plaza-network.com".
