Caution in Zoho Sheet View - you will lose data changing the column format!
I'm pretty sure I discovered that when you pull down a view in Zoho Sheet View, and change a column from numbers to currency, then save it, Zoho gets confused and wipes all the data out. Therefore, unless Zoho fixes that, be careful to never change the format of a column in the Sheet View prior to saving the view. Drew.
Mass Zombie Post Revival
Zoho... please stop doing these all of a sudden mass-replies to old “zombie” threads! I understand wanting to answer every question posted. But sometimes you just need to accept your mistakes and move on. When you reply to all of these threads which are all over a year old, you end up pushing all of the more recent active posts to the bottom of the list.
Item Group Description field does not propagate
The 'Description' field for a single item shows up on estimates, sales orders and invoices like it should, but the description field for Item Groups does not. I'm an insurance broker and just started using Zoho CRM. Is there a way for me to track the sales process of multiple product lines (eg: Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, and Life Insurance).
