IMAP on existing free accounts
I saw the IMAP announcement but I'm unclear if I can continue to use IMAP on a long-established free account or if I need to switch to paid (or move to another provider). Are existing accounts grandmothered?

Tenho 3 contas, e duas delas estão com problemas para receber e-mails, a conta senac@joaopaganella.com.br e a conta fotografo@joaopaganella.com.br não estão recebendo e-mails, verifiquei e a entrada de e-mails está desabilitada e agora aparece uma mensagem que para liberar tem que pagar... Mas eu fiz o cadastro e liberava até 10 contas de e-mail gratuitas.

Olá, minha caixa de entrada chegou ao limite de armazenamento, após deletar vários e-mails ela ainda não recebe novas mensagens e continua notificando com a mensagem de 100% do limite usado. Preciso que o serviço de e-mails seja restabelecido.

Adding another email address to a contact
Hi i want to add another email address to the contact which is pre-populated with thier name and @mybusiness.com. I have already done the custom function to prepoulate a custom field. However the issue i have is that when i try and set up an automation rule it will only let me select the email or secondary email to send the template to. It obviously doesnt recognise my custom field as an email address. Therefore is it possible to either: - add the custom field to the automation email list -

I can't understand why you don't total lists that contain monetary / numeric fields ? It is a negligible consumer of processing power as you are already filtering the list ?
Folders Missing from Sync Preferences
Greetings, I'm using Zoho Docs for Linux 1.8.12. In the preferences dialog under Choose Folders, there are a number of sub-folders missing. The folders were there previously (I used Sync to upload the folders and files to Zoho Docs), and are visible in the web client. But now they're missing from the preferences dialog. I suspect a config issue, but I don't know enough about Sync to go mucking about in the config files (they're .dat files anyway, so...). On a side note, there is an awful lot of data

Can't move emails to subfolders
When I create a subfolder within mail.zoho.com it shows up in my apple mail. When I move an email to that subfolder, it's not showing up in the online version of mail. Only in the subfolder on apple mail. Then it creates a new folder ex. One Two then it creates a top level folder that looks like this. One.Two --- I then get an error on Mail, when I click on the subfolder that says, "The operation couldn’t be completed. (MCMailErrorDomain error 1030.)" "The name “One.Two” can’t be used.
All external incoming mails are getting rejected!
Dear Sir/Madam, This is with respect to w***********u.com domain for which mail services are provided by Zoho. All the mails from GMail, Hotmail and other external mail providers are getting rejected. But the mails internally from Zoho (w***********u.com) accounts are getting delivered to w***********u.com accounts. The mail gets rejected for all users. Error with Zoho Mail Suite sync and Outlook 2016

I have downloaded and installed the "Zoho Mail Suite Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook 32 bit" from here https://www.zoho.com/calendar/39746644/ZohoMail-SuiteSync.exe and installed it on a Windows 7 System (.NET 4.0/4.5 installed) with Outlook 2016. After launching the Plug-In it asks me for Username and Password. I enter them and afterwards nothing happens. The user/pass dialog remains open but unresponsive, I have to kill the "Zoho_Mail_Suite_Sync.exe" in Task-Manager. I have checked the zohoplugin.log:
