New Emails Showing Up Under ZMNewsletter Folder
I noticed that new emails I have coming in are going both under the Views of Unread and the Folder of ZMNewsletter. Any ideas why these would be showing up under ZMNewsletter? Also, is there a way to just have new emails appear only under the Inbox instead of the Unread view?

Custom field data not converting to accounts but is converting to contacts
Hi, I have several custom fields set up and MAPPED as advised in your tutorial and this works fine however on conversion of a lead the custom field data doesn't import to the accounts screen. I inported this data from an XLS file and the data display correctly in leads but when I conver the data only converts to contacts but not the accounts despite everything being mapped correctly. Can you please advise me how to fix this. Thanks,
Converting Google sheets to Zoho Sheets
Hello, I'm trying to convert my templates from google sheets to zoho sheets, however when I did so all my formulas in the template seems to be broken and can't seem to have it work when I just type in the formula on zoho. The formula I usually used is Index, Match which would look up from one sheet to another. Could anyone here assist me in writing the formula to zoho sheets. Setting Dependency, Best Practices
Is there a way to configure a Task so that the Start Date is automatically calculated based on the Duration and the Dependency? Right now I am manually calculating the start date based on the predecessors end date. There has to be an easier way. Please advise.

Setting dependency between tasks for every new project could be tedious. When you create templates for projects, you can also create dependencies between tasks and reuse them. Using Mail & Calendar app, how to add event to group calendar?
In the Android App, it is showing events that were set up in the group calendar that I subscribe to. However I can't seem to figure out how to add an event to the group calendar in the app. I can add them in the desktop web-client but not from the app in my phone. There appears to be a dropdown arrow in the form for adding an event in the app (has the name of my personal calendar) but clicking it does nothing. So how can I do this?

I added several users to a group but some say the confirmation email didn't arrived. They already checked their spam folders. Is there a way to know if the confirmation email is bouncing or being held? Thanks.
SMTP Access Denied
Hello, I have SMTP enabled for my mail accounts, but the connection from another client is refused almost every time, but I am entering the correct credentials (as they are the same when the connection is accepted). I couldn't find any errors in the admin panel, and it is not the client, as I have tried multiple clients with the same problem. Only once was it able to connect, with the exact same credentials as when it was refused.

After subscribing to the Hong Kong and China Holiday calendar, and after updating them the Chinese New Year holidays are not showing in neither of the calendar. CNY 2018 will held from 16 until 19 Feb. How can we ensure that the holiday calendar are updated in a accurate and reliable way?

I'm using a form to send information from my website into Desk. I need a way to set the priority of a ticket when the subject contains specific text. Unable to send emails from Hosting Server using zoho SMTP
I am hosing my domain email hosting with Zoho and web hosting with Byethost. 1. MX entry updated in Byethost earlier and normal emailing is working fine. 2. Sending email script, using Zoho smtp with zoho credentials from my development server is working. 3. With the same script uploaded, it was working with Byethost server as well, as soon as I deployed it yesterday. But suddenly from today my script is unable to send emails from Byethost using zoho SMTP, whereas with the same script I can send

Deleted an old website and started a new one, but I'm not allowed to publish the site.
I deleted the old site I had on zoho, and created a brand new one from scratch. However, when I went to "publish" the new site, it says I need to link my domain.
