I tried to test webinar functionality in ZohoMeeting for a webinar and it seems like my webinar is inaccessible through mobile. I receive a message when i click on the webinar link that Ma OS and Windows 7 and above are supported for the sessions. Is this correct? Is there no work around?

Unable to send email
I'm unable to send email from Zoho CRM: - We have Google Apps, and they're tied together such that I have single sign-on, the zoho link from within google, etc. - When I click "send email" from within a contact, opportunity, etc, nothing happens I'm using Google Chrome. Any ideas? Thanks, Mike

Top of Photos being cut off
Hi I'm trying to insert a slideshow onto my website BUT every time I add the photos the tops of the photos keep getting cut off, so it looks like I am headless, or just a torso. Is there an optimum size for slideshow pictures? I don't have the same problem when just inserting an image, just when I try to add a slideshow or photo gallery. Help, please

Hello, Could you please tell me how can I create a retainer invoice from 1 selected article when my invoice includes several articles (I would like to exclude of payment other articles from the same invoice) ? MS Word Templates Getting Changed During Merging
Hi All, I have been experiencing a serious problem with my MS Word Templates. All my logos disappear, fonts change and some data completely changes. Editing Invoice and Sales order database- deleting custom fields
In order to delete unused custom field for Items they need to be removed from Invoice and SO transactions. If I export SOs and Invs I see all instances of their use have a FALSE in them (the default). Deleting all the values and re importing does not work because Z Books will not overwrite existing invoices, will only add new invoices which makes sense for safety. How can I get rid of the data in the unused custom fields so they may be deleted? I have reached my maximum permitted custom fields because

Associating reporting tags to manually categorized transactions
Hi, I need to manually categorize some bank feeds (payments) as no invoices will be created for these payments. I would like to associate a reporting tag while I am categorizing the bank transactions. I notice that while I am manually categorizing the transaction, I do not get any option to associate the reporting tag. SPF and DKIM - godaddy with external nameservers
My domain is registered with GoDaddy, website is hosted on WordPress, and using Zoho for email. I am having trouble with configuring SPF and DKIM. I get the following screens when accessing the Zoho control panel. Any help is much appreciated.

I received a notice saying: The email forwarding configured in the Zoho Mail account michael@804michael.com to the email address 804michael@gmail.com, Michael.Hottman@gmail.com has been disabled due to repeated failures. You may check with the destination email provider for bounce failures. But I did not receive any forwarding failures. Now my outgoing mail is blocked and I cannot reenable it. I have sent messages to support with no response yet so I figured I'd try here.

Hi all, I'd love some guidance on the following: I have a form [Dependants] and there can be multiple records in the [Dependants] form that link to a master form [Main Member] through a unique value that I've created "Member Number"; so a many to one relationship. Hi there! I have idea to improve webhooks parameters in UDF. Add entity with all properties in custom format, like: ${Module::format}. Example: ${Leads::json} Result: {"Lead Id":"1234","First Name":"Jack",...and all other params in Leads entity} This template is more better and simple for clients. Because you do not have to manually write a list of all available fields in UDF. And if these fields are still added / deleted - this must also be observed to.

Referring to fields within "Add notes" field
I can get zoho to send emails with the body having references to fields e.g. <%=input.Customer_Name%> Now, for a certain workflow I need to display a body of text to the person filling the form (either dynamically as he fills in fields or on success) where the body of formatted text contains references to other fields within the form. i.e. not an email but directly displayed under the form page. "Add notes" lets me compose the text beautifully, but I haven't figured out how to include references

When I tried to verify my own domain " strc.kr ", the following message came up and domain verification procedure not finished.... "This Operation has been restricted. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com for further details" . I register the right DNS setting as the direction depicted in Zoho site and the domain name is brand-new one..... What's the problem?
