Can't receive emails on any of my zoho accounts
I've been trying to receive emails on my upgraded account for hours now, and its beginning to get frustrating, because I can't find the issue... Could someone please help me solve the issue?

Hello, My mailbox was full and preventing me from receiving emails. I have since paid for and added a 10GB mail add on. Since then I have logged in and out of my email a few times but still cannot send or receive emails. Any tips on how to fix this/ get my email running again? Thanks! Kalli

Ever since the update, I have been unable to find a way to delete unneeded rows from my spreadsheet. Where did this function go? I see where I can add them, but I have searched everywhere for the delete function! Not talking about data within the cells, but the rows themselves... Thanks!
Unable to register my domain
I have attached my domain with my mobile number. I didn't remembered my password. Now when I try to reset my password it says mobile number is not verified & when I try to add my domain to my email address: it does not allow me to do so because its attached to my mobile number. How can this issue be solved?

Deleted Contact returns 200 status, allows creating a ticket, shows "NULL" in ZohoDesk for contact
Hi Team, We have noticed a bug in the API with regards to contacts that have been deleted. If a contact is deleted via ZohoDesk, the API still returns them as existing when querying directly on the contact ID via the API. (request returns a 200 status and the contact object with no indication that it has been deleted) The API then allows for the creation of a ticket with the contactId specified as that deleted contact. Attach a PDF to an invoice
Hi, I don't seem to be able to attach simple PDFs to an invoice any longer. That worked until recently. When I attempt to attach the file from my desktop now all PDFs are greyed out in the file selection box. I am on a Mac, using Firefox as the browser. Would appreciate your assistance.

Hello, I have been trying to find a solution for this problem for a while now. 3 of our accounts receiving email from phobs.net domain. One of them still receives them but other two stopped getting these emails. What could be the problem? I had checked spam folder, blacklist IP (and added IP to the whitelist) , asked helpdesk for the problem and no solution. Any other ideas or opinions about this?

Is there any way to setup my personal email address to be able to send as the email I'm hosting on zoho so I don't have to check zohomail everytime? And once I have email forwarding setup, is it possible to please still receive a copy on the email itself, just to make sure that no emails are lost.

Can't send email to Google addresses
I can receive email from Gmail or Google Apps email addresses, but whenever I try to respond or send new emails to them, I get this error: "INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable " They are valid addresses, as I use them, and am even trying to respond to emails that were received from valid Gmail accounts.

Hello, My page is using zoho social and i am a Brand Admin on it. However, everytime I post something on the Collaborate section or comment to drafts, I can´t see them after they get published, however, the Portal admin can, and I can see them through the notifications area. I've successfully setup zoho mail for my domain innovativemate.com and created ids for my developers. But there's an issue that I can't receive mail from outer id but I get mail from my internal id like 'info@innovativemate.com' Although I can send mails to outer id like test@gmail.com but can't receive from them. Why does Zoho Creator randomly have errors with users? How do they get marked as inactive?
Schedules are not working, can not fetch more than 200 records from Zoho CRM to perform tasks.
I have got two issues. 1. Schedules are not working while I have got 500 limit available in my account. 2. I am trying to fetch records from potential module where the closing date is more than 30 days from today and update the stage according. It works for few records while few records are not changed even if they are matching the criteria given. I found that the issue is the index limit, you can only call 200 records at a time. However, I would like to perform this task on each record available

Multipe emails under one domain
I have a business account I pay for and want to add a personal account (for free?). I can't set it up as they both have the same phone number and I have read the limitations on that. Can I add one more email under my current domain for no additional charge (in effect free?). Or can I add a personal address xxxx@zoho.com under a domain name xxxx@domain.com? Or does it have to have the matching domain part? Thank you.
