Smtp service does not work any more !
Hi, I get SMTP connection error, I tried apple mail and Airmail. smtp.zoho.eu I tried 465 SSL or 587 TLS but unfortunately all the same; mail@jeopedi.com jeopedi mail@okaragoz.com ( 4 days ago it was working ) okaragoz My two different zoho account does not work (in terms of smtp) anymore I need an urgent solution for this problem.

My scheduled post section has disappeared under my posts category. Also, the option to schedule a post is no longer an option when I draft a post. I have the free version. Does it have to do with this?

Hi, I wanted to retrieve all the account by using the following URL: https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/xml/Accounts/getRecords?authtoken=XXXXXX&scope=crmapi&selectColumns=Accounts(ACCOUNTID,Account Name,Groupe)" However, it seems to retrieve only 20 accounts with all the values and not only the accountid, name and groupe. From today I have noticed that when I received an email with an attachment and open the attachment, It is saved called "file down load" when I then try to open the attachment it asked how I want to open this and gives me options like word or PDF This means that all my down loads are now called "file down load" and I have to go in a changed the title of each file down loaded. How to move a column order in a table
Hi there, Could you please let me know whether it's possible to move a table's column order? If someone made a mistake, and deleted a column by accident, and they add that column again, it is obviously now at the end. Is there a way to move that column from right at the end to the correct place again? From for instance column 90, to column 15? Thanks.

"Unable to connect to messaging server"
Zoho Support users are intermittently getting this message since yesterday. They are unable to save or send replies to customers. Is there an outage going on? We only use the deparmentname@portalname.zohosupport.com email channel, so I suspect this is a problem with Zoho servers. FedEx web services SOAP integration - how to display XML with markup / tags?
Hi all - having issues with this integration. I'm in contact with FedEx tech support and they need the XML generated by my script, however whenever I email or print xmlString all of the xml markup is removed and only the data contained within the tags is shown. Anyone know how I can do this? Managing the CRM calendar across multiple Zoho Organization Accounts
Greetings, I have two companies that run on Zoho. Both of them use Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM for its activities. Both have separate brands, domain names, and business activities. I would like to be able to create CRM events in both of these companies, and would like my calendar to be syncronized for both companies' CRM and Mail calendars. How to have in zoho invoices, every timesheets, client and projects that we had created in zoho project? (and/or vice versa) In Zproject, I can create a client, and in Zinvoices too, so why can’t I find those client in both apps when I create one? And it’s the same for timesheets and projects. For instance, right now we can export timesheets of Zproject but we can’t import them directly in Zinvoice because it’s not the same data disposal in the template of export/import. Exchange Client - Message changes not syncing to server
I use Outlook on my iPad and Pixel Phone. On both devices, Zoho is configured as Exchange. Yet, messages I delete on one device are not actually deleted from the server. Exchange configuration should mean that I’m always looking at, and working in, the master copy of the mail database. No matter which copy of Outlook I open, I should see the same set of messages. Any idea which this isn’t working properly? Thanks!

Calculating and displaying Averages problem. Help please!
I am stuck on calculating an average using data I have uploaded within an Excel file. I have tried achieving this both from within Zoho Reports and also by adding new data within Excel to make it easier for Reports to calculate. Synchronize Zoho Inventory templates to Zoho CRM ?
I went ahead and set up the templates for Zoho Inventory, thinking this would affect everything that it is sync'd to in the Zoho Stratosphere. Apparently, the Sales Order, Invoice, etc templates in Zoho Inventory do not synchronize with CRM. How can I create the exact same templates? I don't want an invoice from Zoho CRM to look different than an invoice from Zoho Inventory or Zoho Invoice. If there was an "edit as HTML" button that showed the entirety of the HTML code for the Zoho Inventory templates
