Thank   you users for the active participation in  last month's, " Ask the Experts "   session once again. The session was centered around ' Workflow automation in Zoho CRM '. Our experts were kept on their toes by the overwhelming response from you folks. Your feedback and suggestions to better this activity is certainly invaluable.  

Community meetups:

We wrapped up part two of  our  offline community Meetups in India , set around 'Advanced Customization of Zoho CRM'. This December, we are busy planning for the next leg of    Meetups at the four cities with Chennai and Bengaluru to be held on 8th, Delhi and Mumbai on 15th. In these Meetups, we'll focus on ' 10 Must Know Tips and Hacks in Zoho CRM ' that all CRM admins and sales reps should know. As informed earlier, we'll go global soon.  Read on to know more .

 

Black Friday Bonanza:

This Thanksgiving, we hosted a fun campaign to all our users around the thanksgiving recipes that drew quite  some traction and brought out the creative side of our users to the forums. It was great to see so many of you sharing creative slogans, heart-winning sales stories, and kind words on how Zoho CRM has helped your business. Congratulations to the 10 winners for clinching their prizes. Those of you who'd missed the fun ,  here you go.
