not receiving all emails
Hi, for the last month or so, it seems that certain emails just don't seem to arrive to my mailbox. These are work-related emails, and would be extremely important to receive. I tried to email myself from my gmail account, it worked properly, so it really seems that it is not a constant problem. I have found one of the missing mails in the spam section (don't know why), but the rest are missing entirely. Can you please help me? I can't figure out what the source of the problem could be. Excel Files Wont Download
Whenever, I am trying to download an excel file from zoho my computer is not recognizing the file. So it appears as an excel file on the attachment, but then when downloading it says it is an unknown format. I have tried my other emails and the excel files are downloading fine. It is only zoho. The format of the file is attached.

Hi there, I've been a user with Zoho CRM for about 3-4 years now. It's been great, and has helped us grow our online revenue, and keep track of our customers and contacts. Although - over the years, I've noticed many small improvements, I find it beginning to lack behind other comparable CRM/Marketing systems. I could be mistaken, but I've been yearning for features, like link tracking, lead scoring - basic information to see how my leads, and list have been interacting with my marketing efforts.
Terrible chat support... How is this solved?
Three times I asked help from chat support and they didn't help me at all, only made me waste time. How to change the order of search results fields?
When searching contacts, I can choose the fields to be searched but I cannot edit the order they are shown in. So the clickable "full name" field actually appears all the way on the right, which is inconvenient. I know I can select the fields but can I edit the ORDER that they are shown from left to right? Cant change "Job Opening Status" after creation

Hi, We are building in a functionality where users can automatically send emails to selected records (employees) in a report. However, we would like for the user to be able to edit the email (subject, body text, CC email addresses etc..) before it's sent. Share Folders Not Showing In App
My shared folders show up in ZOHO docs online in web browser but dos not show up in IOS app. The notification is there that it has been shared but the folder never appears. It's not just my devices. I have tried to troubleshoot and create test folders and share them with my staff we all have Iphones with the Docs app installed and all 3 phones will not show shared folders in the app, only online in Docs on the web browser. Is there a delay for us to see it or a bug in the app?
Deleted Contact returns 200 status, allows creating a ticket, shows "NULL" in ZohoDesk for contact
Hi Team, We have noticed a bug in the API with regards to contacts that have been deleted. If a contact is deleted via ZohoDesk, the API still returns them as existing when querying directly on the contact ID via the API. (request returns a 200 status and the contact object with no indication that it has been deleted) The API then allows for the creation of a ticket with the contactId specified as that deleted contact. Adding Gmail and Mac Mail account to Zoho Mail
I REALY want to add my Gmail account and my Mac Mail account to my Zoho Mail. (NOT the other way around) I am finding this nearly impossible to do! I find this incredibly weird in light of the fact that Zoho is supposed to be so easy to set up and use. Doing this in any other email app is a breeze and takes about 5 minutes to do. I have spents days trying to figure out how to do this in Zoho Mail and still cant figure it out. Does anyone know the correct way to do this? Or is it simply not possible?

I am not free to delete my account
After I have had a horrible experience with your mail service I chose to delete my account. However you don't even permit me to delete my account! You froze everything in my account: I cannot delete my domain, it says "Operation not permitted"; I cannot delete my organization, it says I must delete my domain first; I cannot delete my account, it says I must close my organization. I am finding it incredibly difficult to add my Gmail account or my Mac mail account to Zoho Mail. I have tried to find instructions for this, and none of them are clear or correct. This seems amazingly difficult to do for what should be something that is very simple to do and should only take a few minutes. How are people doing this? Certainly it must be possible. But I cannot see how to do it. How do you do it?
Invoice history?
I had previously used Freshbooks to send invoices (but stopped when they stopped accepting PayPal as a payment option). The one thing I have missed is the "invoice history" where I could see if a certain client had logged in, viewed the invoice, downloaded a PDF of the invoice, etc. Is there any way to set up something similar in Zoho Books or Zoho Invoices?
