Zoho Sites Incredibly Slow
Zoho sites has been terribly slow for both me, the site editor, and our users. Our site is 2838eaglebots.org. It is slow at every place I have tried, and it is slow on every computer. We may have to consider switching site editors if it continues to work at this slow of a pace.
Time to leave Zoho Sites
I work with an organization that has used Zoho products for years. In the past we subscribed to the original Zoho Sites paid subscription, $39 per year and were very happy over the years. But since that time Zoho has made confusing subscription changes, removed features and never delivered on promise new themes. While other Zoho products are continually improved and updated, Sites only gets more confusing, with no improvements. I'm in the process of moving our sites to Wix. I can no longer recommend

I can not use unattended access, because the environment that I am accessing do not allow A) your unattended access installer to run and B) the ports that unattended access use on host machine do not work on the hosts I access. Hi! Hoping for some help, or a work around. We are loving Zoho books, but have issue. We buy stock images for clients and need to add them to invoices. This is easy to do. The problem is, we may have a project that has 20 stock images. This comes through as 20 transaction in banking, and when we match them and add them too an invoice, it is then 20 lines of the same thing on an invoice. We can't seem to find a work around to allow us to list it as "Stock Images x 20" and still have all the transactions

Notebook data missing after restore from a full backup on iphone itunes
hi was wondering if someone can help? i upgraded to an iphone x and i did a full backup on the old iphone via itunes and then restored the iphone x from that backup when i open my app all my notes are gone in Notebook on the new phone... any idea how to fix this? i thought a full backup from old phone would copy all the data over when restoring on a new phone?

How to compare a form's OLD and NEW values of a field?
We want to compare a form field's OLD and NEW values. So that OnValidate or OnSuccess, we can trigger a costly routine *only* if it has changed. But we can't seem to refer to the "old" value. We placed it into a Deluge variable during On Load. But, the var is no longer defined in OnEdit or OnSuccess. Something tells me that I'll need to create a special field for it's old value, and store it there On Load. Then, refer to it for the comparison...? Advice appreciated! Thank you!

Hi, I have an application built to create sales quotes on Zoho creator. We use salesforce CRM. Do you have any suggestions on how to export zoho created quotes as Opportunities into salesforce CRM. I understand from the help docs that you cannot call the salesforce function to update opportunities as it is not supported. Scheduling Single Emails/Surveys
We recently switched to CRM Plus. Is there a way to schedule just single emails through CRM? We would like to automate our basic follow up system. When we get a new client and set them up in our Zoho CRM we want to schedule an email to send to them with a survey halfway through their contract so we do not have to remember or set reminders to this task. Sent mail and drafts disappeared. Help please?
Using my Zoho account in Apple Mail on IMac I have suddenly lost all my sent mail. Also the draft emails have disappeared. The inbox is fine though. In addition, when I delete an incoming email I get an error message saying it can’t move the message to that folder. I did have a problem sending emails the same day but it works fine now. Emails on iPhone, iPad and webmail are all fine. It is an imap account. Please advise, if you can, as to what I can do to get everything back to normal. Many thanks
Ticket re-submitted on its own
I just had a ticket submitted that was an identical repeat of one I had closed the week before. The client says she did not resubmit the ticket. In fact, she did not submit any tickets today. Deleted drop down list values still showing in filters
Hello, Re: Custom Module I renamed a number of values from a dropdown/select list. When filtering the old names are still visible as filter options even though there are no records using the values. I effectively now have twice the filter values that I need, which is very confusing for my users. Is there a way to clear the filter cache perhaps? Simon
Confirm that I want email sent
Working in the "Leads" module in Zoho CRM. I have a checkbox that automatically sends an email to the lead once checked. I would like a dialogue box to appear when that checkbox is checked to confirm whether or not the email should be sent. If the user clicks "Yes", the email sends. If the user clicks "No", the email should not be sent but the box should remain checked.
