Hi, currently trialling an upgrade from Invoice to Books. What I want to do is to delete the record in Books of all transactions (bank, paypal etc) before April 16 as they are of no interest to me. Is there a way to quickly do that? Thanks

when sending message in zoho desk the words are all bundled together after sent.
When I send out messages in Zoho they are sent correctly but when you hit the send button and go back and look at the message the words are all bundled together.
Trying to achieve feature parity with cusomt IMAP server
I'm trying to figure out how to do a couple of different tasks in Zoho mail that I routinely do with a custom IMAP server. Question 1) Email aliases : I have several email addresses on a domain that do not have a user associated with them. When they receive email they forward it onto 1 or more other email accounts. Using Zoho Subscriptions as payment Wall
I am looking to use Zoho Subscriptions as payment wall in my Zoho creator application. The Zoho Creator will be given a set number of free events and once the limit is reached they will be presented with a Zoho Subscription Sign Up Form. The challenge I am facing is how to relate the payment in Zoho Subscription back to the same user in Zoho Creator to update the paid account. Can't add SMTP-server to Gmail
I'm hosting my domain at DigitalOcean but you are handling my e-mail needs. However, I can't add the SMTP-server so that I can send from Gmail the error I get is: "535 Authentication Failed code(535) " I've created an app-specific password (now disabled 2FA). The SMTP-servers I've tried is smtp.zoho.eu and smtp.zoho.com tried both info@mtbnyheter.se and eriohm@zoho.com as usernames, tried both SSL and TLS. MX Records, SPF and DKIM all have green check marks in the control panel. Nothing works. Why
Account is Inactive after someone else logged in
I have had an issue with an ex girlfriend logging into my account and sending emails on my behalf. Since changing my password it seems my account has been listed as inactive now and I'm unable to login. To actually post here i had to login using my facebook account. I have csv file with russian 1251(or 866) code page(exported address book from outlook 2010). If i try to make an import into Zoho Mail, i get unreadable fields(psevdographics symbols). Can i somehow fix this problem?
