How to set up so reply makes new Deal linked to past customer contact?
We are re-marketing to existing contacts. How do I set up a link in the email that will create a new deal and link it to the contact when they respond by clicking the link ( button ) in the email?

Disable changing owner of a record.
What would the setting be to disable the users from changing the owner of a record? I have seen this setup on accounts before but cannot replicate it. For instance I have a user locked down to only see their records, but they can change the owner and turn off access to that record. Any ideas?

How to modify or delete custom fields?
Hi, I created a few custom fields for Items in Zoho Sales and would need to update/modify some of them, and to delete others. However, when i try to delete or to modify settings (such as "Display when creating transactions" from Yes to No), I have the notification that "since the custom field has been used in some transactions, it cannot be deleted" (although for some fields i just try to modify settings of the custom field, not to delete it)... Checklist copy paste bug
The checklist function has some problems: 1, Copying and pasting a checklist item converts it into a bulleted item on the web, and just loses the checkmark in the Mac App; 2. I can highlight an item, but cannot drag it into a new position in the list on either the web or the app; 3. Would be a great option to automatically move checked items to the bottom of the list so they are out of the way. Thanks for a great program!
Pictures/screenshot - not readable
I wanted to immigrate from Evernote, but after trying to add pictures to Notebook I am not convinced. None of the pictures with text are readable!! Even if I do take a screenshot with the Zoho clipper I can't read the text in the picture. There is no way to make it larger or expand it. Import from evernote hangs
I am unable to import from evernote to ipad. I am also unable to send feedback via the app as i just get an error saying something went wrong and one button 'try again'. I selected all notes when initiating the migration I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app - ipad, ios10. There is no option to logout in the app as it is stuck in the above loop Please can you let me know how i can get this resolved.
Is there a way to copy all of the notes in a notebook at once?
I am a teacher and would like to be able to take anecdotal notes of my students in Notebook. I would need several different notebooks with notes for each child's name to this effectively. I would rather not have to type my student's names repeatedly to do this. Also, a feature for ABC order, and the ability to choose to mark by date instead of time would be great!

Hi, I made a notecard yesterday in which I added quite a large amount of notes. I could see it this afternoon as well and started to make changes to it, but the new changes could apparently not be saved because my laptop was not connected to the internet. Hi all, I created a Formula fields in Deals module (thanks for the help I received in the forum!), but it was so big it exceeded 5000 characters. Webform to Lead Updates
Hi there! We have recently updated our Leads layout and now want to switch the webform we set up on our website to dump the new leads into the new layout. I've updated the webform to pull information from the updated layout, completed the webform, and used the 'source' code to embed into my website. Can We Please Categorize Transactions On The Mobile App?
Hi there, We can use the banking module in the Zoho Books app. It allows us to Match transactions. However, for Paypal payments, we can not add an adjustment to match the transactions. Or, to categorize expenses, we cannot match them unless there is a bill created for that expense (which is so much extra work for common credit card expenses). When you're dealing with 400+ transactions, it would save so much time every month to just be able to reconcile transactions on the go. All this could be solved
The Leads app is not getting all of the Trade Show QR data....why not?

Unread mail in sent folder
Hi, In Zoho Mail it says I have 8 unread messages in the sent folder. If I right click, the option to mark the Sent folder Read is greyed out / unselectable. I can not filter mail by read/unread in the sent folder (no option for that) If I search only Unread mail in the sent folder the results include Read mail items. It seems like its impossible to mark these Unread mail as read, or even to find them in the sent folder. Is there some thing I am missing here? BTW I am using the old version of Zoho
