Using Subscriptions to Sell and Distribute Multiple License Keys

We would like to use subscriptions to sell license keys for our software. Requirements are:

1. A company purchases 50 subscriptions.

2. Purchaser gets 50 license keys.

3. Purchaser can log in to their client portal and see a menu item in the left nav "Licenses"

4. Purchaser can see a list of licenses they own.

5. Purchaser can enter the email address of their colleagues to trigger an email that to the colleague with the license key.

Questions:

1. Is it possible to add a menu item to the client portal called 'licenses'

2. Is it possible to use a Creator app to add the email form for assigning the licenses?

Is this the recommended way to do it?

3. Is it possible for users to register once in Subscriptions or on the Forum and have those log in credentials work for both Subscriptions client portal and the Desk forums?
