In a multi-user Zoho environment, I share the Accounts with all users. Although all privacy settings are set correctly, I have found that when I send an email to an Account, via the CRM, that the emails are visible to other users. I purchase my domain from namecheap.com and i followed all the steps on this page https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/9758/2208/how-to-set-up-zoho-email-for-my-domain But i keep getting this message: The DKIM entries are not configured to match with Zoho for the following domain: woonova.com it has been more than 2 hours, so i guess something not right. Hi, Consider i have some 10 employee data which is entered / imported by the admin but if an employee signs in he should see only his record / data. How is this possible? We have a retail business in Bahrain and Saudia Arabia. The Main branch is in Bahrain and the other branch is in Saudia Arabia. How can I manage both the branches(Business). Add App
In the bottom of the left side of (old) zoho mail there is a section called "add app". I added a few URLs but they don't do anything so I'd like to remove them. There seems to be no way to get them off the side panel. Am I missing something? Thanks!

I am setting up Z Books items and have custom fields for item variables. Many of the names are too long for our report printouts, but I cannot edit them becuase they of the following message: The custom field option is in use with some transaction(s) and hence, cannot be edited or deleted. Embedded webform attaching files but does not show on UI

don't seem to be recieving all of my emails.
I do get some but some don't show up. I am pretty sure about this because all of my emails get copied/forwarded to my other email and I get some in there but they don't show up here. not sure what is going on, I am pretty sure my MX records are right but I am nowhere near an expert in all of this stuff.

Hi, I set up the MX Records on Namecheap yesterday. However, on Zoho Mail it still says that "The MX Records of your domain(s) thebrnx.com are not pointed to Zoho and you may not receive emails in Zoho."
