I thinks that many people would agree that making appointments within the CRM module is pretty horrible. With multiple engineers on the road it is a night mare. If you use seperate accounts for them then you can not on a mobile device look at all appointments for the day. Also finding the next available appointment by location does not seem possible.In fact the location field is next to useless as it cannot grab info from the connected contact. I appreciate zoho might not get the service engineer

Download a CSV file but with semicolon as separator
Zoho offers a built-in CSV Download, but unfortunately it uses only "commas" as separator. Some systems requires a "semicolon ;" as row separator. Does anyone knows a solution for that ? e.g. programming the download based on a list from deluge ? Or does it Zoho has any plans to offer the "semicolon" version of the CSV Download as well? Look for Devora Hosseinof below, she is only associated with the position Experienced Technical Writers and NOT for the Full-time Technical Writer - Caesarea, Immediate Start. Emails do not appear in conversations
I received several emails from the same address, and they use the same subject, but they all appear separate. More specifically, they are emails created by a support ticketing system, and each time the ticket is updated, I get a new email that is in a separate conversation. Gmail used to group them together. Huge bugs with Mail Contacts
There is a huge bug with mail contacts. Problem #1 I currently manage 4 separate domains using Zoho Mail. All 4 domains are in my Organization, since I am the super admin for all them, and need to control their mail accounts and administration. There is a GIANT FLAW in the way that contacts work. Members of one domain CAN SEE AND INTERACT WITH members of another domain!! This means that my customers know WHO MY OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE. This is unacceptable! I do not want my users to know about
