Hi! How can I get all unique records from the last hour from Potentials? I try url=https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/json/Potentials/getRecords?newFormat=1&authtoken=".$token."&scope=crmapi&lastModifiedTime=".date('Y-m-d H:00:00'). But I have only 20 (or 200, if I add params "&fromIndex=1&toIndex=200" to request).

Hi Is there a way that I can include a commitment amount on recurring invoices that gets updated automatically when an invoice in generated. eg. Too much spam all of a sudden
Suddenly lots of spam emails are getting through to my Inbox. Even mails that have been correctly classified as spam before are now going through. Has something changed? How can I fix this? Built a time logging app for technicians out in the field with dropdowns to log their time against a fault or job reference. Since the list of things to select from just keeps growing.. and reference numbers with them, the current implementation of dropdown lookup field with a fixed ASCENDING sort order puts the most recent at the very bottom of the dropdown. Pain in the a**** Please please add an option for descending sort order!!

Unexplained error. I was told by support they will add domain in the backend so this will go away. Its been 2 days. Is this how customer service will be, after sign up?
Empty mailbox
Frequently we'll go to Zoho mail via browser only to find that it's completely empty. The cure for this is to delete Zoho cookies and it will reappear. This happens on different computers and different browsers. This shouldn't be happening and is a compete pain. I can only assume there is an error in the setting of the cookies?
Zoho Subscription account deletion
Hi I have both a Zoho invoice and subscribed for the Zoho Subscriptions trial. It ended a while back while I still had active subscriptions but I decided that I do not want to continue using it as it performs most of the tasks that Zoho Invoice performs. I tried deleting the subscriptions in Zoho Subscription as it is still billing my customers and so is Zoho Invoice. Hi, how can we check to whom a specific record is shared? and how can we record level share a specific record? Example: USER X owns "ACCOUNT A"s record, and all "ACCOUNT A" Potentials (we do this thru a custom function that puts potentials owner = account owner)... USER X shares "ACCOUNT A" and POTENTIAL 1 with USER Y.... Not receiving email even after updating MX records
I have deleted the old MX records and created MX records pointing to Zoho. But when I log in I am told I can't send or receive mails because my MX records are not pointing to zoho. I have a domain Qualyval.com, the domain was verified 3 years ago. Recently, I lost control of my domain and after regaining control all the settings were reset. As a result, I lost CNAME. Now to activate email, I need to enter CNAME in godaddy DNS.
