SAML Authentication - Is this only available for ZohoMail ?
I read that SAML authentication can be implemented for ZohoMail, but no mention of it's implementation for other Zoho Apps, namely Creator ? Why is this feature not across the range of Zoho Apps ? I have a customer who insists on using a Microsoft Enterprise Sign-On, which is not available on Creator, which has forced me to start investigating Knack.com which does offer it. Hi, I have been hitting the below API GET method url = https://desk.zoho.com/api/v1/tickets?include=contacts with authtoken and orgid as headers like mentioned in the API documentation. Zoho service is bad
I have started three posts, none of which have shown up, and are not in my area. We are having issues with DKIM and Config of the site, which we have done everything that is asked in the help. Is someone able to help? The site is live and working hospitality121 dot com, but when we publish content it says the site is not confiq, but I do what it says, and try again later, and the same thing happens. What is the reason behind this error? is there any way to troubleshoot existing Zoho mail accounts which may have the same issue? Is unblocking process automated or I have to inform every time I get blocked? Please unblock my account and how to avoid such incidence?

Why all of a sudden, Zoho books found that I have invalid GST information? All my customers are updated as Unregistered business and it still shows that invoice does not have valid information. Now when I follow the suggestion and go to update fields, I get very contradictory things...My invoice items are listed as services with valid SAC code, but it says this: In the screenshot the product type is shown as Goods and in Red, it says You have changed product type for this item after creating invoice.

It asks to "Add Mobile Number" and responds with this message: "This mobile number has already been added to your account [true]. Please click on this link to update the number as log-in name." In Zoho mail there is a way (from the super admin) to export an entire email account as a backup. My question is, if there is any way in Docs to export all the Zoho Docs of a user. Maybe to search by author name?? Or something else?

REST API Get Users Parameter Confusion
I'm using the new REST API which uses OAuth2.0 tokens. Now I want to get the user whose token I'm using to make the API requests. In the documentation for the REST Users API ( https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/v2/#Users-APIs ) there's a request parameter called CurrentUser. It's description says "To get the list of current CRM users". I'm confused. Does the CurrentUser parameter return just one user (the current one) or multiple users (as its description says)? Should I maybe be using another parameter?

Persistant 2-Factor Authentication
I am connecting to Zoho using Google / Chrome Browser. Zoho requires 2-Factor Authentication for security, which is good. The login screen says 2FA will not be required again on this browser / machine for another 180 days. But using the Chrome browser, 2FA must be used EVERY time I log in (annoying). Internet Explorer does not behave this way. It remembers the 2FA from before. Does anyone know how to enable this to work on Chrome? I looked in settings and did not see anything obvious. Our IT Tech
