Difficulty with Zoho Projects and Hours
Hello, I am brand new to Zoho Projects and evaluating to see if a fit for my company. We deal in Projects that have many small Tasks that are completed within minutes or hours. Due to the amount of detail of each Project and the number of Projects we engage in at one time, using Templates is absolutely necessary otherwise the time to manually setup a Project and its details would outweigh any efficiency gain benefit from using this application in the first place. Boxing/unboxing composite item clarification
I have created a composite item, and now it is sold out. I want to add 6 more of these to my stock, so I box up the composite item and it says stock is now at 6 on both my sales channels. When I look at the boxing/unboxing details for this item it says $-4724.28. The value of the box is only COGS $8.30, selling for $24.95 Question: what does the $-4724.28 mean?
Zoho Creator integration with Books
I have created custom applications in Zoho Creator for billing customers, and sending purchase orders to vendors. Some of these orders have more than 1,000 line items each order. I need to reconcile the credits/debits back to Books. So some integration is needed. Has someone done this and/or can I get some directions on where to start? Thanks.
Auto Calculation in Projects
Hi There, I am new to Zoho Projects and am currently setting up project templates. My query is: I would like to set a start date and an end date to a project with the task dates automatically calculated between. Is this possible? Our projects can quite often have start/end dates altered and I would like the tasks to automatically re-calculate to the new dates. Thank you.

I want to use in the zoho email, two mails who are used in godaddy from my domain, but i want to know if when I create on the dashboard the email from this two mails, what happend with them on godaddy? or zoho automatically export this two emails to the dashboard? not sending or receiving emails through outlook
I understand email went down for a short time. We are able to access our email using the web mail but not when trying to send and receive using outlook. we still cant send or receive using outlook any ideas as to why? Thanks

Problems with Zoho mail
I have a blog with wordpress.com and I purchased a domain with netregistry.com.au. I recently mapped the domain. I successfully registered with Zoho email to get my custom domain email address. When signed into wordpress, I visited store>mydomains>edit domain>edit DNS. As per Zoho email setup advice, I added 2 MX records: 1. mx.zohomail.com at priority 10 & 2. mx2.zohomail.com at priority 20. I seem to be able to receive emails but unable to send them. I don't get any email errors or bounce back

Linking two forms imported from Excel
OK, new to creator but have some database experience. I have imported three sheets from Excel that are related, i.e they have the same unique column index in each sheet. Had to split my data into three since I had too many columns for Creator. Can't complete sign up

Subform row heights - anything to do about it?
I would like to change appearances of subform rows in Creator Forms. There is a lot of space around the subform fields, which may look good on simple forms. However on large forms this is not practical. My client is looking to move the spreadsheet below to zoho forms. Additional options for columns would also be a blessing! Are there other means to achieve my goal?
Zoho mail Free is better than ZohoOne mail
I added the mail application to my ZohoOne and now i cannot add anymore mail users. I had to deactivate 8 users for which i used when free and had an email account/address before this What is this? I could have 25 users on the Free plan and now i pay for each email i want under ZohoOne? I thought ZohoOne offered the same email features as Enterprise? It does not!
CNAME not resolving
I set up the MX records, and using a DNS checker I can see they are properly set. However, the CNAME record apparently does not exists. apk file sending is failing from my account
I generally send apk files (zipped) to my contacts from my zoho mail account. Since yesterday it is failing to send it. Either emails are not going to the receiver or going with 0KB attachments. I can send the same file from my gmail account fine to other accounts. But for testing if I send the same file from my gmail account to zoho account, then it is bouncing. Is there any change on zoho email server this week? Why is zoho email account behaving differently from my other email service accounts?
More Descriptive Error Reporting
I was using the API to create tasks and received a 500 error when i mistakenly used the zuid instead of the id in the owner field. This was not very descriptive and took me a little bit of testing to figure out which field was the problem. would it be possible some more descriptive responses when things fail like this?
