Bug: Custom CSS file is empty if not logged in
Hi folks, It seems that on my wiki, the custom CSS file only gets served properly when a user is logged in. If the user is not logged in, the server serves the file, but it is empty. I attach a couple of screenshots of Firefox network diagnostics for the logged-in and NOT logged in cases. The file in question is zoho-gw-01.css, and you can see the problem with file size. Same result in Chrome. Graham
Mail cannot send
Hello, I have a store on my site, and I set up an e-mail account for it so it could send automated messages, and it worked for a little while, but now when I check my store's error logs, they all say that the e-mail failed to send. It shows this every time I try to send a test e-mail: Task Failed 0 messages have been sent. Step 1 - failed. (Connection error occurred. HTTP-status:402)

Hi, I work as a consultant and have been able to introduce a number of clients to ZOHO. One of the things I offer is to help them set up their domain mx records to work with ZOHO mail. However, when I go to set this up, ZOHO does not want to allow me to use my same cell number. My clients may be in multiple locations so it is not convenient to work with their cell phones. And since I'll be administrating their accounts, it makes sense that my cell-phone would be the primary contact number. How can

Hi There I signed up for the Enterprise plan and I would like to setup multiple emails on three different domains. I set my main user up and added the other two domain emails as subdomains. Will this work or do I have to buy a user for each domain? Thanks

Wondering if anyone successfully uses the RingCentral integration. Intermittent Math Errors

Hi, I sent an invitation to my friend (using the zoho invitations) to register with zoho mail. He has now completed everything required. Neither me or my friend hasn't received the bonus 5 email addresses to our accounts. is it taking time to happen? I asked the friend to try claim bonus users option, but it hasn't even worked. Search item on new Purchase Order / Bill / Invoices
When creating a new Purchase Order / Bill / Invoices, I have hundreds of items in the system. Unfortunately, I have to type exactly the item name before it is filtered. For example, I have an item called "cs - Assam". If I simply search the item by typing "Assam", I will not be able to find the item. Please enable smarter search capabilities. Not Receiving Email
I cannot receive Emails in my Zoho address (I can send them fine though). I've correctly configured the MX record for my domain: tripinfusion.com but I'm still getting this error: 553 Relaying disallowed What do I have to do to make it work?

How to perform an Upgrade
I can't find any way to upgrade a subscription to a higher package. How is this done using Zoho Subscriptions? I have looked through and can't find any way to just upgrade the subscription. I did one where I canceled their subscription then activated a new one but this hurts my stats as it shows up as a cancellation which it is not, it is an upgrade.

Sort Fields By Tab Order on Merge Duplicates Page
I modified the layout of my lead module to a two-column format with top-to-bottom tab order. This works great on the lead entry page, but when I go to merge duplicates, it puts the fields in left-to-right order. The groups of related fields get all mixed up with each other making it a big pain to run down the list and make choices about which record to use. I've added a few screenshots to demonstrate what I'm talking about.
