Customer Portal my area customization
I have had requests from several of our customers to change which fields display and the sorting of tickets in the my area view of the portal. This would be for both my tickets and all tickets view. Is this possible? Specifically they would like to see the ticket priority listed and be able to sort on that or any column. Exporting of their ticket list has also been requested. Dave

Hello, I have created a campaign, but now I can't edit then content. I see the preview version in html (step 2 - the content), but when I click "Edit Content", it doesn't load the content, it is empty. I have tried to clone the campaign but it doesn't work, and the campaign can't be cloned. What is happening?, Can I recover it? Thanks in advance. Zoho Writer hanging when trying to open any file
Hello, I am able to click on the Writer application from my dash and launchpad on my Mac and see all of my files names, but when I click on any individual file inside the application to open it, nothing happens. I have tried restarting my Mac, and that did not fix the problem. I also don't see any needed updates. This started last night and I am still having the problem now. I'm not receiving any mail
Hi there, I haven't received any mail since 3rd November. I can send out emails but nothing is being received. Some of my clients have told me they've received a bounce back when they have replied to me. I have sent two emails from other accounts (not supplied by Zoho) and I'm not getting any bounce backs. Webhook - parameters are not attached in Zoho Form
Hi, I have created a form in Zoho Form and tries to insert that record detail into my Zoho Creator Application. As there is no direct integration between the Zoho Forms and Zoho Creator, I used webhook with the creator add record restapi. I have attached some parameters to be send to the creator. The problem is a new record is inserted into the creator application but the attached parameters value are not send. If anyone knows the answer, reply me to solve this issue....
Potential - Closing Date
Is there any technical reason why the Closing Date field in the potential module needs to be marked mandatory and not able to be changed or moved? Redirecting links after changing primary to secondary domain
I recently went through the process of updating my DNS settings as requested by Zoho, which means that now www.mysite.org is my primary domain whereas before it had been secondary. There are a bunch of legacy links out on the web pointing to http://mysite.org/specific-page.html, that now get redirected to the root at http://www.mysite.org/ without going to specific-page.html. How can I fix this? I can't see a way, my DNS settings don't touch individual pages, and the redirects in the zoho control

Hi there, Being able to reply to blog comments would be a great feature for those hosting their blog through Zoho. It means we don't have to use a third party app like Disqus in order to do so. How can we merge duplicates in bulk
Does anyone know how or have ideas on how to find and merge duplicates in bulk and not using the the built in "Find and Merge Duplicates" one at a time as we have thousands of contacts and hundreds of duplicates we simply cannot tidy this up manually. We turned Google Contacts sync on and it just made a mess and created duplicates and variations of duplicates with new accounts it has turned Zoho into a real mess. Hi, The expenses in Zoho books have a way of getting disordered very quick, say they are sorted according to date, when you insert or edit an expense they would disorder like all of them, maybe random or in a way I don't know.
