Weird message when publishing website
Every time I try to publish my website I got a message saying I still haven't configured my domain yet, but the website works. p.s. It works on Safari, and MS Edge at home, but chrome get dns problems on my university PC (haven't tried elsewhere nor otherwise). Thanks in advance!

Is there a way to change the format in timesheet to have 3.25 instead of 3.15 (3 hours 15 minutes( or 3.75 instead of 3.45 When you export in excel a timesheet reports, hours cannot be summarized. I would like to propose a change to the incorrect descriptions of some of the features of Zoho People. There is a lot of confusion regarding the following terms: 1. Weightage - this would appear to be just the wrong word. It should be Weighting. 2. Domain - in the modern world this means the web domain. This should surely be Category. 3. Sent emails not showing reciever address
I am using Windows 10 Mail client and i cannot see the receivers address of sent emails when viewed in Sent Emails folder. When viewed from web mail, the mail is properly shown. I have tried SSL and TLS and both having the same problem. Its not mail clients issue as i am already using gmail and outlook.com email addresses with it and none of them have this problem.

I created an account in Zoho using a subdomain of my main domain so I can use Zoho accounts such as "user@subd.maindomain.com" Everything seems ok, except for the MX records. I have complained to the support but only got wishy washy answers. URGENT - Zoho ID seems to have a 1 appended to the end of some users
Hi there I have an issue where by a database that is more than 2 years old has suddenly started acting strangely. Specifically, some "Active Users" ID's seemed to have changed. For example, i have one user who's id is zoho_bear in our system, but in the active users section under Manage Users, it now says zoho_bear1 There are a number of users this has affected, but not all of them. No reminders after 150 days
I like the auto-reminder function for Invoices. It's a good way to get paid! However, I find that it is not possible to set a reminder longer than 150 days after the invoice due date. Now usually I'm paid well before 150 days, but occasionally a customer needs reminding after this point and I would like to be able to continue to send automatic reminders. Is there any particular reason for this 150-day limit? I hope that you will consider to increase it. Thanks! Mark

Can't add new accounts on iphone
Hi, I cannot add accounts to my iphone. i tried adding a new account, and i get: Cannot Get Mail The mail server "imap.zoho.com" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings. I've tried every setting, and I keep getting a "Company Name" is currently unavailable I'm not sure if this is related to Apple's last os update or not. The account is fine, we were able to add it through your app, but not to Apple mail. Thanks
More than 6 months reports
Hi, currently I am using the free version of Zoho Desk and I only have reports from last 6 months. I would like to upgrade to Enterprise release in order to have multi-brand portal and other features but I do not know if this release has the same limitation of 6 months reports. Creating a completed task when an email is received
Hi, I'm a zoho novice, only started using it yesterday. I'm trying to figure out how to automatically create a completed task in a Lead/Account module once an email is logged using the outlook plugin. i.e. Sales person sends an email from outlook, sends to Zoho, email gets attached to the Lead record and what I would like is that a task is created/completed with the subject Email Sent.
