Help required please, I have been unable to login to Zoho mail for at least a week now, with the odd exception. Today all I get is the loading page of the 6 images that flash from left to right, with no sign of getting into my mail, I have cleaned cookies I've cleaned the cache and still have this problem. Filtering of Tasks/Subtasks
I have many tasks, in a task list, and those tasks have up to four levels of subtasks. Is there a way to show only "matching" tasks when filtering - not higher level (in the subtask hierachy)? What i'm seeing is that when i filter in the Classic View - it is showing me "ALL" of the higher level tasks even when those don't match my filter, if one lower level task "DOES" match my filter. It would be good if custom fields appeared in Leads app
It would be good if the custom fields created in Zoho CRM Leads module carried over to the Leads app by default. Our organisation would like some control over the information being entered into the CRM via the business card scanning app. Currently our consultants have to click on settings in the app and select the custom fields for them to appear after they've scanned a card.

Integrate Leads with Facebook AdSet
Hello, I have a custom form to insert Leads in my CRM. I get the facebook AdSetID from the url ( I can get the Ad_ID too if its necesary). I have installed Facebook Advert Manager and add a facebook adSet lookup field in my Leads Module. I want to fill this field but I dont know how to work with the api. How to calculate working hours?
I'm struck at formula field. i have given the coding to calculate the total working hours, by giving in time and out time in date/time format. the logic is working correctly. but the format to display is somewhat wrong. One of my clients was using zoho mail to host their mail for their domain nabubronzing.com.au however they have recently lost access. When I try and log in using their account, I get get a message saying account not found. Can you please let me know what can be done to get this back up and working? Thanks

ADMINITRATIONS FOR DIFFERENT GROUPS
I have created separate GROUPS for different Departments in my company and each Group has an administrator. We don't need/want to see each others Projects and it needs to be that way because they need Admins rights to manage their projects. It would be nice to be able to customize the Admins roles to have just visibility of their Groups.

For example, our base currency is USD and we are selling product to Japanese customer. Hi All I am extremely new to Zoho and the programming world but have been playing lately. I have a web service we currently use to provision our telco clients. It seems that they have web services available to use and have sent me a documentation link to all the webservices etc. I would like to use Zoho with this system but I am afraid that Zoho wont communication. Map information Excel-Zoho campaigns - importing new contacts
Hi Everyone, Importing new contacts, means you have to map all the information from excel into Zoho-campaigns. However, not all fields in excel can be uploaded or matched in Zoho-Campaigns. An example: the excel sheet contains all info concerning "opt-in" or "confirmed time" Unfortunately these fields aren't visible in Zoho-campaings. The result: I can't see instantly who is opted-in or opted-out for example. It is not possible to map all information. Is there a way to make all hidden fields visible
Allow record updates in existing modules
With the field aliases introduced earlier, it should no longer be a problem to allow record updates for custom modules. The record ID can be easily inserted as a field alias in the url via a workflow script and placed in a disabled field on the form. You already have implemented a possibility to update existing records in predefined modules, so this should be an easy update to greatly improve form functionality.
