Can't acccess administration account and the control panel
Hello, I registered with admin4@bioghananetwork.net as my administrative account and I set up two additional users. When I try to log into the admin accounts with the above email, I am directed to david@bioghananetwork.net after I log in with the credentials of admin4@bioghananetwork.net so I am unable to access the control panel. Can Creator be used with Estimates? How to make estimates more functional...
I'd like to be able to customize the estimate section so if I sent a proposal to a client I can set up like a trigger system so that the customer can select optional services in the estimate. Is this possible and how can I do that? I was thinking perhaps Creator can link up with Invoice somehow and then i can create options for the customer to add or delete in the estimate section. Or would I use Zoho form? Hope that makes sense. I am new to Zoho so not sure how everything works yet. Thank you.

Notebook Web Clipper Chrome extension context menu issue
I want to add highlighted text to Notebook. I highlight the text, right click, go to 'add selected content' and it opens the web clipper but nothing gets added or saved. It's as if all I did was click the extension button and opened the drop down menu. I even tried it in the Reader View and it didn't work. I did find a work-around. I can start a note and drag and drop the highlighted text to the note but the context menu is useless right now. Just a tease of what could be. Literally NONE of the context

Hi, I am trying to change a customer in an expence and I obtain the following message: Expenses associated with customer "Old customer" can only be added to this report. Would you know why I have this error message? It does not seem that there is any rules that force to this precise customer. Looks good on screen but details won't print - PLease Help!
After creating a report and choosing to print or saving the pdf file everything looks good on screen but when I choose print the pages come out with only the generic form headers but none of the data. I see the list of specific expenses and the attached receipts but no matter how I save or try to print the approved report it comes out blank! Building an FAQ App in Creator
Hi, We want to build an app in zoho creator on FAQ. We will upload all our FAQs belonging to different categories(About 10 categories) using forms. Each category will have 100s of FAQs. A Report will be embedded in the FAQ page of our website. We want to use button field for categories. App will display a list of FAQs whenever a choice category button is selected. At a time only one question can be displayed. When another FAQ is selected previous one will be shut. Similar FAQ APP is readily available.

Drop down does not clear not selected value
I created a simple Yes/No drop down field on a form (see attached screen shot). The default is set to "No," so if an appointment is what we consider value add, the sales person selects "Yes." In all of the drop downs I've used over the years, selecting something other than the default clears out/negates the default value. In this case it isn't. Interestingly, this field works as intended on the Zoho CRM app: the sales rep picks yes, and "No" goes away. So I believe there is a problem with the functionality.

I want to use the same form for all locations/class times but need price to change based on field "school name" parent selects for their child. Public calendar suddenly empty
My public calendar is empty when I look at it, either weekly or monthly . I can see events in my personal editable view. Firefox (Windows 8) and Chrome (MacOS). In the developer console there's a JavaScript error, suggesting corrupted data. Is there some way I can find and clear it? Variable Field names for reporting product attributes
I would like to create a report of Products that for every Product includes fields like: Part number Description Product Type Manufacturer Data sheet link but also has a number (say 10) fields that contain attribute values (text or decimal) such as: Weight Power Type etc. BUT I need to be able to change the attribute field name depending on the Product Type i.e. some product types will require certain attributes but not others. Does anyone know how to achieve this?
