Office 365 Single Sign On for Zoho Creator
Hi, We are using Zoho Creator to build apps to be used across our enterprise and are interested in using Office 365 Single Sign On for all our Active Directory users (about 2400) to access our Creator apps. Do you know when SSO will be supported in Zoho Creator? I see that the Office 365 SSO option is available on the accounts.zoho.com login page, but that provides a poor user experience for our end users. Hello, I need to create a function that removes the <xmp> </ xmp> from my rich text but without the html being activated. Could the delete spam option be improved on the admin pages
Currently, Zoho is doing a good job of moving spam into the holding folder, but selecting all for deletion does not work well as the site will only allow a selection of 100 or less messages to be processed. The result is that I (and guess others) do not empty the folder as it takes far to much work.
Allowing a user from outside the organisation access a report and update a form using a custom action
I have create a report and also a custom action that allows a user to see a list of records in a report and then click a custom action which will open. dialogue window where they can enter data using a stateless form which then updates a record in the database once submitted. This works for an internal user however when I send a link to the items I want to share with a user external to the organisation. All that is visible is a form which is not what I want. Important features missing
I posted a few weeks ago, guess it's fallen through the cracks. I'm very keen to move to Zoho Notebook. It looks very pretty so far, but too many features are still missing in order for me to move from Evernote. - most importantly, Evernote importer to move my 1700+ notes across - desktop access - Web clipper - PDF support - pen drawing tool - custom note date - multiple note moving - image/PDF importer - notebook bundling - tags Some are less essential but the lack of a Web clipper and PDF support
How do I close my Zoho Notebook account?
I signed up for a Zoho account so I can try syncing between my devices for the Zoho Notebook app but decided it would not fit my needs. Now I'm in the midst of trying to delete my account but it's asking me to verify my phone number (which I never gave in the first place when I first started the account) before I can do that. To be clear here are the step I've tried: 1) I would login to accounts.zoho.com 2) go to my dashboard then settings 3) go to Close Account (the url at this point is https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#setting/closeaccount).

Cancel Subscription & Close Account
I'm posting this here as you have not responded to my emails. I've been trying to cancel our subscription and close our ZOHO account as per https://adminconsole.wiki.zoho.com/accounts/Closing-Account.html but I cannot delete the orginisation without cancelling the subscription and cancelling the subscription does not work - I get a message "Subscription cancellation failed". URGENT - Zoho Calendar does not display any of my meetings and events anymore
Hello, Since this morning none of my meetings and events appear in the Zoho Calendar on my computer or on my smartphone. Although I manage to set up new meetings and send invites, they do not appear in my Zoho Calendar. The bug affects all of my calendars. Hi, I'm new to Zoho. I've looked at some other threads and I have my mailbox enabled in the domain settings, I have the same email address in the "send mail as" settings in Zoho as I do in my outlook. I'm using outgoing smtp port 465, SSL and box ticked for "This server requires an encrypted connection" and also on the the "Outgoing server" tab I have ticked "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. I still get the error those after making those changes.

Cannot send email from iphone
Hi all, When sending emails from my iPhone, I get the error message "cannot send mail. the user name or password "SMTP:email adress@zoho.com@smtp.zoho.com" is incorrect. I deleted the account on the iphone and created a new one again according to the instructions I found at zoho.com but still I cannot send any emails. I am trying out Zoho One. I manage a small team of developers, we are all working on multiple projects. The first thing I looked at was Projects and Tasks. I have created a few tasks in a project. But where can I see All Tasks I have? Independent of project. I may have several tasks across multiple projects to do today for example. Where is my today view, and all task view?
