Export Option in Zoho Forms
I created Zoho Forms based report and use the share option to generate a Report Permalink . When this permalink was used on a website, I was able to view the report successfully but the Filter, export and print settings are missing. Is there any setting to enable these options ?
ERROR WITH CREATING ACCOUNT & EMAIL

User that has a role that allows him to view/edit every Job can not see them in the Jobs Tab (table)
I have an user that has the Chief and Director Role with the following permissions for the Jobs: All Data for every action (view, edit etc). But when he tries to access the Jobs section (tab) from the Time Tracker menu he can not see any other jobs except those that were assigned by him/assigned to him. How can I fix this? It seems like there are no other User Access Control options except the Form/Field controls. Thanks, Adrian

User with contractor role can't change the assignee in a ticket
Hi! In Zoho Projects with the bug tracking system, a member of my team with the role Contractor should be able to change the assignee according to your role chart but she can't. I look at the javascript code (in the Chrome console) and I could see that there is a javascript error that may be the problem.

Invitees added to a Event or task
I have a couple of questions regarding invitees. When I add an invitee to an event or task is it possible to have the email send a outlook meeting request rather than just a text message. This would allow us to set up meetings with clients or other resorces in outlook. We do this now with outlook and it makes the customer experience so much better than have them manually enter an appointment. Is it possible to have invitees advised automatically if the task they have been added to is changed? Thanks

I have created an Email Opt Out tick box in CRM some time ago and have a sync running to Campaigns for all contacts that excludes any with this box ticked. Display a field list from all records to aid in data entry to prevent duplicates
I have an "Add new customer" form with a Single Line text input field to get the customer name but to prevent users from accidentally adding the same customer which existed already I want to show them a list of existing customers from the same form. What's a good way of doing that. I tried a formula but that only refers to the current customer. I want a list of all customers already in the db to be displayed maybe next to the entry field. Thoughts?
Can I delete blocked contacts?

Zoho mail app crashing on open - iPad pro
After months of use suddenly this morning the mail app (latest version) is crashing when I try to open it rendering it useless. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have rebooted the iPad. The iPad OS is 11.0.2. When the home button is double clicked showing all open apps, the email app is there, swipe up it “closes” but it never opens for use.
Folder tree navigation in shared folders
It should be really very helpful when a user share a folder (with subfolders) then the shared users to see the tree structure like the 'parent' user can see. You do not have this feature for now and it is quite difficult for the shared user to navigate through these folders without these tree.

Can I highlight a field to indicate out of range numeric inputs?
I want to indicate an out of range numeric input on the form to the user by (say) putting a red box or highlighting it in some way. Is this possible in Zoho creator? e.g. say the form is a quality control form and if a parameter is greater than 10 I will flag it. Note, I know about alert and cancel submit. That's not what I want. The user should only be gently nudged not that the form entry should be prohibited.
Loading a picklist from a custom function?
Hello, I was wondering if I could load a picklist in the Accounts module with values from a custom function? I have a picklist field statically populated with a list of our facilities. Is there a way that I could populate this data via the api or a webhook that will fill it with the information from our database? Also is there a way to have list item pairs in the picklist? Such as an id value is behind the scenes of the display value? Thanks, David

We are looking seriously at migrating from Quickbooks to Zoho Books mainly for the integration with Zoho CRM. As a small wood furniture builder (5 employees in shop, 1 in office) with thirty core products each of which has many options such as wood-size-style etc, we are running most of our jobs in Zoho CRM. Earlier, they could put iPad into sleep mode, then retrieve the ZohoForms app and complete the form and submit it. They did not close Zohoforms, just let it down. Text box overflow
I'm trying to format a text box as a sidebar. I replaced the Greeking with my own text, but it won't wrap properly to stay within the box. If I stretch the box out horizontally, the text still runs off the right-hand edge, regardless of how wide I make it. I played with the text box formatting options, but nothing seems to work. Ideas?
Mail delivery not working
Team, We have our domain registered with Godaddy, our hosting setup at Smarterasp and mail server in Zoho. We have provided custom MX records in Godaddy which points to Zoho for our mail delivery. We are in the process of launching our website and want to change Godaddy namservers with Smarterasp nameserver. When we change that mails are not reaching Zoho. Apparent error with SPF and MX records
I can't receive emails on any of the email ids created for the domain attached to my Zoho Mail. I've made all the necessary configurations as per the documentation on the site, but it still shows errors for MX Records and SPF Records. The domain is srmmun.in and I can't receive emails on all the email ids made for it.

Script to edit all form names?
I have a collection of applications, each with several form names containing the string "easy": EasyPlus EasyBall etc... I'm wondering if there is some way (using a function or otherwise), to loop through all the form names in an application and replace part of the form name; in this case, each "easy" to "busy." Some of the emails sent from my domain are being classified as SPAM!
Some of the messages sent from the domain promarkets.com.ar are being classified directly as SPAM, or the recipient is being warned as possible SPAM. How work the multiple choise field?
I have no idea how this field should work in zoho forms. In zoho crm if I use a field of this type I append each option that I select, in zoho forms works differently.
