Hi, I'm trying to figure out why the group setting isn't working. Here is what I have setup for the group: I have 2 users setup - andy@ and steve@ The groups email is hello@ . I sent a test email from my gmail to hello@ . The email comes in fine to both the andy@ and steve@ emails. I reply, and both my @gmail account gets the reply (as expected), and steve@ also gets it. steve@ then replies, and my @gmail gets the reply, but I don't on andy@. It seems that steve is getting all the back and forth
How do you change height of Zoho form?
I built out a form in Zoho Forms but when I embed it in my page it gets cut off. It looks like it is automatically getting assigned a height that is too small. How can I override that height? Is that something that can be done in Zoho Forms or maybe it can be overridden with CSS?

Getting an error when sending email to my zoho account.
Hi all, So i set up zoho and the MX records up yesterday, and sent a test email, I never received any mailer deamon or errors, but no email was delivered into my inbox. Now i've just tried sending another email and i get the error Message not delivered Your message couldn't be delivered to billing@thinkcloud9.co.uk because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information. Any help is appreciated.

Create Payment for Quickbooks Online
Currently you can create a number of modules with the “intuit.quickbooks.create” however, I can only create an invoice and not a corresponding payment. Two questions: 1.) What would it take for the code behind the scenes to support the “Create” function for a payment? Or, 2.) Can you help me with a post url code to essentially do the same. I know how to construct the contents of the post but not all of the other mechanisms for the POST to intuit.
Lookup with multiple fields
Is it possible to create a lookup that displays more than one field of information, For example if I had a table of jobs with a lookup to select a client, could the lookup display more than one field from the client table such as client_no, name, postcode. Thanks.
Changed domain, alias won’t setup
Hello, I changed my domain from techgarage(dot) gq to techgaragenc(dot) com, and so I deleted the dot gq domain, and added the dot com domain. I got it verified, and got to the add a alias step, I typed in admin@techgaragenc.com, and it said unable to alias address. What should I do? Please respond ASAP, as we are a busy company!
Attachments in CRM via dropbox - general request
Hi Zoho, I have tried each cloud integration and found funny glitches about each one of them. Ultimately, I am using dropbox. My only complaint about dropbox is how it acts when you convert leads to contacts. You windup with two user folders - one in the leads bucket and one in the contacts bucket, and the documents which were in leads stay there and won't appear anywhere else unless you move them over to the contact. It would be great if somehow the dropbox lead attachments automatically moved
Startup w/ Zoho One
We are wanting to start up Zoho One licenses but have users using Projects & Forms. When I try to add these applications it says something about needed to upgrade before they can be added. It then has a note about making sure to add the applications before upgrading. I want to make sure we incorporate all the individual licenses we've been using under the Zoho One licensing so we don't lose anything. We basically need a resource that can help us get started. CRM users mix levels
Do all agents have to be at the same level within the organisation?, ie I have some that require mainly sales functions, so they only need a full crm with products and quote ability, some that cross over so they need desk and basic crm obviously to keep my costs to a minimum this would be ideal to have say a combination of free and professional users (or above) but I dont know if this is possible or not Kevin

Hi, I want to implement a recurrent task which will be created when a field is modified in a module´s record. Which is the same a workflow which activates a recurrent task. I have seen that is possible to create recurrent task manually, but I can not create a recurrent task in the workflow editor dashboard. Is this possible in zoho CRM?

Creating separate products for mobile app and web app?
I'm just curious if anyone has created separate products for their mobile app and web app. The actual product is the same, but the application type is mobile vs desktop. We have a number of Workflow rules created in our Accounts to trigger an Action based on a 'Field Update' I recently noticed this is not working as expected and low and behold when checking the setup see that 'Field Update' is not longer appearing in the UI (old and new) and instead the action has defaulted to 'Create or Edit' record. There has been no indication or warning of this functionality change and I can still see that the setting did exist as the documentation has yet to be updated!!!! Please

Hi. I have an issue with connection to Heroku PostgreSQL database from UploadTool. I'm getting an error: no pg_hba.conf entry for host ... Looks like an additional parameter should be passed in with connection string sslmode=require as stated in Heroku docs. But I cannot find how can I set this configuration in ZohoUpload Tool. How can I create a Custom Function that searches for tickets based on part of the subject of the ticket just created
I am looking for examples or documentation of custom functions for Desk but I don't find examples of search for tickets based in part of the subject. (subject contains a string). Something like: zoho.support.searchRecords("Tickets","PORTAL","DEPARTMENT","Subject","contains(*tarea*); Any ideas on how to accomplish this? The objective is to link the tickets or merge the tickets with the function.
