Hi, it would be great if we could have something like "only allow users with @test.com domain to join your organization", in terms of security i dont want anyone without our email domain to join by accident.

New Contact - like in Books.
Hello, Is it possible to integrate Accounts & Contacts better, like that in Zoho Books. I deal with both businesses (Accounts) and individuals (Contacts), therefore I need to be able to invoice both Accounts and Contacts. This works very well in Books, where I can select 'Contact Display Name' and choose whether I want the business name (if relevant) or the contact name as that which I refer to. It would great if I could replicate this in CRM so that everything syncs seamlessly. Please advise. Thanks.

I have the Zoho One suite & I'm trying to setup multiple email addresses for my company, I also have my personal addresses with aliases but can't figure out multiple general addresses for any user access, I know it looks more like a CRM setup but it requires an email address first to authenticate its ownership.

Unable to verify domain with AWS Route 53
Hello team, I'm stuck at first step of verification of domain (atomtiming.com). I have tried CNAME and TXT both methods but no success. I'm using AWS Route 53 and made entries in my hosted zone. Can't answer to Zoho Sales IQ chats in SalesIQ
Hi, we are receiving onsite chat requests from usetrs via the Zoho SalesIQ solution. However, we are unable to answer as there is no form showing up / an option to typing in text in order to respond to the request. Zoho Docs API
I currently am using using this method for uploading files: https://www.zoho.com/projects/help/rest-api/documents-api.html#alink4 It has a message at the top of that page stating that the api is deprecated. As of yesterday, it seems that I can no longer upload files via this method. The server replies with an empty array and no file is created. Using the Zoho Docs API documentation I cannot determine how to upload documents to a specific project. Does anyone have updated documentation or guidance?

Is it possible to have a Sales IQ chat widget on one page in my site and have a desk help center widget on a different page? Ideally I would really like to have the ability to have the same widget but have the sales department go to salesIQ chat and the Support department go to help center. SalesIQ is great for sales chats but not as useful for our support team. jack

Invoices with several pages
Hi, We regularly have invoices that need to be sent in PDF to the clients. Legally speaking it is required for each such invoice to : - show the reference of the invoice clearly identified on each page, - show on all pages the indication of the total number of pages of the invoice (#/Total pages). How to set this up as default behaviour of our Zoho Invoice when generating PDF? That would seem to be basic settings but we are unable to identify where to set this up... and clearly the pdf generated
Unable to add zoho email to outlook on my ipad
I'm trying to add my zoho email to my outlook app on the ipad but it just says username/password invalid. I know its correct as I can login to webmail fine. Two factor authentication is OFF. Tried via imap using imappro.zoho.eu ( I'm using my own domain) also tried via exchange/activesync. Both imap and activesync are enabled on my zoho account. Is there currently an issue for others?

Transaction Locking & PO Conversion
We have encountered a problem regarding transaction locking and trying to convert a PO to a bill. Even if the PO we are trying to convert is dated in a non-locked period AND the bill date is also in a non-locked period, we cannot convert the PO if items on that have transactions linked to them in a locked period. We have been told this is due to FIFO (which is not accurate). If we have to unlock each period prior to converting a PO to a bill, what is the point of transaction locking? This is not

I've just updated an MS Access database from MDE to 2010 format ACCDE. It's now stopped uploading to ZOHO. Can anyone advise on the settings I need in the database_connection_params.conf.
