Hi there, Is there a way that we can add check boxes into the CRM email templates? We would like to send emails where recipients can check boxes as a response. Please advise!

Creating tickets on forwarded email
We have support@owncompnay.com email address on which our customer sends email to create a ticket. One of our customers wants to open a ticket by sending an email to his Itsupport@abc.com email address. When i apply redirect rule on mail box itsupport@abd.com then it forward an email to support@owncompnay.com but does not open the ticket. However, if agent replies to that email and in response to that ticket requestor reply again then it creates a ticket.
Are Zoho Projects and Zoho Mail integrated?
Hi all, I was trying to add users in Zoho Projects and found that my Zoho Mail contacts won't automatically come up when I type email address in "Add User". Also, I created a project in Zoho Mail, but it doesn't seem to be in Zoho Projects. Are Mail and Projects not integrated because I am using the trial version of Projects? Otherwise could someone please advise how to integrate them? Thank you!

Not able to receive email
Hello, I have configured rootpai.com domain with Zoho and created 3 email account's (admin, ankitagarwal and ankitmathur) but I am not able to receive email's in any one of them. I purchased my domain from goDaddy and configured Zoho MX in Domain DNS settings. I also enabled IMAP for admin and ankitagarwal user's. Kindly help as soon as possible. Regards Ankit

Modify "Calls" Module
Hello Zoho CRM Support, Is it possible for me to make changes to the "Calls" module? I would like to modify or add a checklist for call results (so they don't have to be typed in every time). I would also like to rename the module to "Phone Calls" instead of "Calls. It seems like I am not able to make any changes to that particular module.

I cannot add a new user
I find your system extremely annoying and the fact that you are not open at the weekend appalling. On my account I have three users - two of them have the wrong email address and consequently they are not using the system You are costing me time and money. I tried to add a user with my domain and it does not let me. All it does is cost me money.

Duplicating and moving manuals
I'd like to be able to move a manual -- it's in the wrong group and I don't want to recreate it all over again. Likewise, many of my planned manuals have identical chapter/article structures and headings. It would be great to have a "Master" manual template and duplicate it for each project or group. Same for tasks -- this would eliminate a lot of repetition to create new boards.
Break subform view into multiple columns
Hi Zoho, my client has requested a feature: He is trying to export the data into MS Excel. Obviously this feature would only work properly if there was only one row in the subform (e.g. one child entry). If you had multiple rows (multiple children), perhaps the values could be provided separated by tabs (since tabs cannot be added to an input field), e.g. for child name: "Bruce, Tom". cheers, Jeremy

Multi-valued fields in MS Access
Hello, I have an Access database where the main data table has many multivalued fields. I imported the database into Zoho creator and all the tables were created but the data in the table with the multivalued fields did not import. All other data in tables without multivalued fields were imported correctly. Any ideas?
Pivot Table doesn't work in smartphones
Everyday I have issues with the pivots of my customers whom use smarphones because some pivots NEVER, NEVER are synced. I was informed that a pivote takes 10 to 20 minutes to be synced but that doesn't work. The last solution suggested was to use the "Regenerate" button but it doesn't available for smartphones. My customers are very dissapointed with the Zoho Solutions because we can't trust on pivot table reports. Are we the only business with this issue? We have reported this situation 2 months

When I see in my inbox it says it has 20mb of use, but when I open it it just has 15mb max, why is this happening?

Hi there, Is it possible to obtain server SMTP logs? We are not getting emails from a particular domain (waywoodwines.com) and I can see on logs from their server that the emails have been sent, but for some reason are not appearing in my inbox. Please advise. Thank you. Matthew
