Hello, I owned the domain desto.com.br, and during the MX configuration i sent some test emails and, apparently my personal e-mail marciopamplona79@gmail.com got blocked. If i send from any other emails It Works, but from my, never reaches the destination.

Error messages when setting up Zoho in Outlook
Each time I try to set up any of my user email accounts in outlook, I get the attached error message. " [authenticationfailed] Invalid Credentials (failure)" I am using the exact same password I use to log into webmail, and have tried with each of the email addresses associated with my account, and triple checked the IMAP settings. Error sending emails in old Outlook versions
Hi everybody, Since today, some email accounts I have configured in old Outlooks (2003 / 2007) stopped sending emails with error 0x800CCC1A - your server does not support the encryption type you have specified. Nothing was changed on these configurations, and all at once stopped working. Any ideas?
Database structure advice please
Currently I add new monthly data to the bottom of a spreadsheet when updating monthly. So my spreadsheet gets longer each month and I work with one table in Reports. Would it be more efficient to have seperate spreadsheets and tables for each month and join them in Reports? Can some knowledgeable person advise me as to the best approach and explain why one is better than the other. Regards Mark

Answering a forward email
I have 2 emails. To receive all in the same email box, I make a forwarding. For example: my original box is xxx@xxx.com, but I would like to receive yyy@xxx.com. However, when I receive these forwarded emails, and I reply, the sender appears as the address of the original box, ie xxx@xxx.com. How do I get the answer to be with the forwarded email address? How to filter and export records?
We're looking to tidy up duplicates in Contacts module and would like to export out each contact record that doesn't have an associated Potential and delete them from the CRM. Is there a sane way to do this? We tried de-duplicating in the CRM but that still leaves us with 1000's of records to manually review and merge - so that is a no go! While there are filters in the contacts module that allows us to filter out contacts without any potentials, there is no way to export these!

Timezone not showing on calendar invite properly or on actual calendar
Hello, I have tried to create a calendar invite via Zoho Calendar (web interface) to send to someone and wish for it to display their timezone on the invite. I created the invite and set the timezone to GMT 1:00 Europe/Brussels then saved it. I received a copy of the invite (and my attendee did too) and it shows MY timezone GMT 2:00 Asia/Jerusalem. I have gone into Settings and my timezone is in fact set to Asia/Jersualem, which is fine. But it makes no sense that if I specifically set a timezone
What does Refresh do?
My data is in an Excel sheet on my hard drive. When I make changes to this file I would expect Refresh to show the changes but it doesn't. How do I update files in Report that have been changed in the original file on my machine? Feeling foolish - what am I missing here? What does refresh do? Mark
