Hello: We use Zoho Mail with Outlook 2010 using IMAP. We want to archive old e-mails at the computer to free some space at the Zoho Mail Account. But, we check the size of the account in the control panel and we don't see any change. How can we free space?

Vendor Payments Made PDF should show credits applied
The PDF to send to vendors of payments made does not show credits applied. Therefore the initial bill amount is shown and the payment is less than the amount which makes it look like there is a balance outstanding. I have a document with a blank paragraph below the header, and above a table at the top of the page. The horizontal line is in the header. I can hghlight the paragraph marker, but when i hit delete nothing happens. There is no way to put the insertion point to the left of the first line in the table, the insertion point always goes inside the first cell. How can I delete that blank paragraph?

Before we start using Soho Campaigns to send out thousands of e-mails, we want to make sure they do not end up in the Junk mail folder of recipients as SPAM! I don't understand what the format needs to be in order to import contacts. I have tried adding a header at the top that says: first name,last name,email address but that didn't work. 3 IP addresses per log in
Every single time I log in, three IP addesses appear on the activity history (the IP addressess are all the same). I changed my password and logged in again...and it's still the same. Although the IP adressesss are the same with the same date and time log in, they always appear 3 times in the activity history. I there a reason for this?

Hi, Im not the most experienced in Zoho Creator so any help is well received!! I have been trying and still cant figure it out. When I build my form, I am able to choose a Zoho Crm Contact Button to put in my form. I would like that when I choose my Zoho Contact, some information such as the Mailing Address, City an Email are brought to my zoho creator form automatically.
