Outlook keeps asking for Zoho password. Truly annoying
Good Day, Since a couple of days ago Outlook keeps asking for my Zoho password, both in mobile devices and also in the OS desktop. Has anything changed lately, I was using Zoho in Outlook without any problem until this week

Subform width size not working. Fields displayed in two lines
Please see below how my sub-form is displayed. Any fix? Custom Size does not work i change to any value and it simply ignores it. Also tried to adjust the size of each field but still the same. I also tried creating a new form with just this or any other subform and all are displayed the same way with the X to erase the record on top instead to the left. Please help

GST rate not proposed in orders, based on Item's GST rate
Hi, The GST rate entered on an item is not being picked up in Sales/Purchase orders. Ideally, it should pick up local/IGST rate from the item based on the party's state of GSTIN. This is making it bit cumbersome to enter orders. Can this be fixed quickly? thanks -Vallabhan

Hi, i have built my own order management software with Zoho Creator. I'm wonder if i can use Zoho Inventory to fit my need. I run a photography service company. Each photography "Item" that I sell, i need to purchase two items from other vendors. 1) the photographer to go out and do the shoot. 2) the photo processor to process a certain amount of photos. Boxing of Items Report
Could we have a report showing boxing of items? We need to evaluate our sales on a regular basis in order to set the reorder level but sales are only the composite items. Sales reports do not tell us how many items that make part of the composite have been used and so need ordering. If an item has been used in more than one composite then we cannot see how many to have in stock.

Hi, can you check on my account? The domain is yourdigitalmarketingva.com. I set it up yesterday and all went well. I was able to send and receive emails. But late last night, I got a notification that the MX Records weren't pointing to Zoho and I wasn't able to receive emails from then on. I double checked the DNS Records but it did have the correct MX records.

I think my website designer have created the account with 9776817528, but right now he is not in touch. Please suggest how could i get my admin details. I have a staff details form (HR_Form) that one person has to enter Employee Name, Start Date, etc. The next person has to fill out an IT requirements form. Can I add a Contact category to the "To" box when sending email. There seems to be no way of doing this. I can open the category in the contact list and select mail to open a new mail with the contacts but cannot simply add a category or see who is in the category to a To or CC box to an email I am already composing. Hi, I'm just testing ZOHO for the first time and have run into a showstopper for me. I've added two additional POP3 accounts that I must check very regularly. I need to get better notifications when email comes into these pop3 accounts. I need, preferably, a notification box and sound. Also, I need to see some kind of notification in the ZOHO tab in my browser, so I know I've got mail for > ANY < account that has received email; not just my ZOHO account. Problem enabling DKIM
I am new to Zoho Mail and am having a problem enabling DKIM. My domain is bankruptcylawyerbuffalo.com. I am running it through Cloudflare. I have set up SPF without problem and have added the DKIM text to the text record in the Cloudflare DNS. When i use the tool DKINCore that you link to and enter the selector and domain I get a message that the key Record is valid. Further down the page I again enter the selector and domain and when I click "Check" a new record is generated but no confirmation
Emails to Coworkers on old email server are not sending or receiving
I have my new Zoho account working for the most part but when I send an email from my account to a coworker that is using the Siteground email server, it does not arrive. Also, when they send me an email from the siteground server it does not arrive. I do not have very much confidence in this product because I have no clue if my emails are being sent or received and vice versa. I have setup the DKIM and SPF for authentication and all of the MX details are correct. I have also the set the priorities
