CRM Template Add Link is missing Selected Text option?
I am sure it was there when I was using CRM Plus. Now I am using Zoho One and it is gone. General Signature has 3 fields when creating a link. Selected Text, URL & Title (Tooltip) In Template adding a link only has 2 fields. URL & Tooltip. Button has all three but want a link not a button. How to find out wiki owner?
Hi all, I am associated with a number of zoho wikis, each of which was created using a different zoho owner account, so that they can be managed separately. (I think this came about because there is or was no feature to give ownership of a wiki to a new owner). For sanity, for my own purposes I have a single zoho account that has admin and edit permissions on all these wikis, for everyday use. Now where does this regular admin user look to check which account is the actual owner of a particular wiki?

cannot access mobile app
I've created an account and downloaded the IOS mobile app at once. When I login the mobile app, it says "invalid username or password", but everything is going well on desktop. I have the Calendar Syncing but keep getting a universal coordinated time appt setup in out look. I schedule a 6am event in Zoho. The event syncs with my outlook in the 6am slot. When I hover my curser over the appt in outlook it says 6am When i open the event in outlook it says 10 am universal coordinated time Any ideas?

Creator reports on iPhone
Hi I assume that the reason for only displaying 4 columns on a report on an iPhone, is based on the screen area, or lack there of. So I'll pose my question bases on that theory. It would appear that the report shows only the FIRST 4 columns, but the first 4 are not the best ones to show, but they are ordered like that deliberately as a logical sequence. Is there any way I can increase the. Number of columns displayed? Or select which columns to show and which to ignore. (or perhaps a workaround)
Creating Lists For Contact
Hi everyone, I want to create a list. I want to cross refference all the companies that have a certain product or in my case a policy with certain manufacture as we are a health benefits consultant agency. I can create the perfect list from the products module however I can not mass email from this list as it does not pull the email address associated with the company or client that is associated with it. Low Stock Item Not Showing
Hello, On the ZOHO inventory dashboard the number of low stock items do not match the items shown when in the low stock filter view. Right now the number of low stock items is 3 but only 2 show up in the low stock view. Also when testing I noticed that when creating sales orders items don't show up in the low stock view even when the physical stock goes below the reorder level. The only way to make them show up is to edit the item and re type in the reorder level. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Inventory items available less unshipped sales orders
Is there any possibility in having a report in Inventory that tells what the availability of items is minus the sales orders that are not shipped? We can see items available based on stock tracking when orders have been shipped or invoiced but with hundreds of orders a day it would be good to be able to see in advance what the stock situation would be like when the orders have been fulfilled.
