Aggregate Forumula - Variance %
Hi, I have financial data with Actual and Budget $s. I need to create a Variance and Variance % calculation. I created the Variance calculation as an aggregate formula: Var. = SUM(Budget - Actual) I then tried to create a Var. % which using the aggregate forumula "Var.". Var. % = SUM(Var.) / SUM(Budget). Aggregate formula in table not available in view
Hi, I created a few aggregate formulas in my table. I then would like to have a view on top of the table followed by pivot table. Prefer not to have a report (pivot or chart) directly connect to a table but to connect via a view. I noticed that aggregate formulas in a table do not transfer to the view. Is this correct? If yes, they do I rebuild the aggregate formulas in the view? Thanks Sunil

I have a paid expense in June that pays for an expense equally in the months of Q1 (Jan, Feb, Mar) How do I move the expense payment out of the P&L for June (overstates expenses) into the proper months? Zoho creator Sandbox and making updates to a live system.
I'm finding the help file on sandbox too simplistic to help me make some major design changes to an app i have been working on. It states that " Changes in Form Definition and View Definition cannot be made in Sandbox mode." However, there is no explanation as to what is meant by Form definition or View definition. I am still new to Zoho Creator and would like to know exactly what this means before I start using the Sandbox and finding out the hard way that some of my changes have not been implemented.

Tickets vs resource management
I'm looking for implementing Zoho projects. It's a great tool for managing new projects! But there is one thing I cant figure out.. We are a company which builds software. We have a lot of customers which work with our developed software. Our customers are used to create a ticket when they want a new feauture or the find a bug in the software. Invoice Clone
We are facing problem, when we clone the invoice. Issues comes only when we have same customer having multiple locations means.. Billing address is same and shipping address is different. If we do clone, it randomly takes shipping address or some times take billing address. Outgoing Disabled For one Email Account
Hello Zoho! A user under my domain- milind@ctrine.in tried to send an email to several of our clients and his account got the " Outgoing enabled" option disabled. I, as the administrator, tried to enable outgoings but I got an error stating that I have to be a paid user to do so. Also , We can not login Via outlook to delete the emails , Login Failed . And in Zoho UI No option to sort mails by date/size. The user also got an email stating that his user was blocked with "Reason :Mail Recipient count

Can't set admin password. Please Help!

Starting today (about 12h ago), all of a sudden the IMAP zoho server is no longer reachable. Ping fails too. $ ping imap.zoho.eu Pinging imap.zoho.eu [185.20.209.36] with 32 bytes of data: Request timed out. I just installed the Chrome extension for Zoho CRM. When I try to add a note, call log or other information from the extension panel in chrome/gmail, it throws an error and says I have exceeded the 120-character limit.
