Phone Site Refreshes Constantly
I am trying to sign on from my phone and the sign in page continuously refreshes I cant type my email or password before it refreshes?
WHAT DOES ZOHO CALL US TO RECEIVE MAIL?
People ask me, I use zoho to use the service mail forwarded domain name, I have the following error: - Send is always ok, mail destination always receive email. - Receive email when it was not, many times have to use zoho sent to the destination mail then reply back to zhoho received mail. Anyone have ever bothered me as yet, who knows can give you a way to overcome with. Thank you !
Domain transfer
Hi Currently we are hosting a website with one.com. I am interessted in purchasing Zoho One and create a new website with the Zoho Sites and incorporate all the features. I had contact with one.com and they tell me that Zoho is not compatible with them. So i will need to transfer my domain to lets say GoDaddy. First of all is a transfer really needed, why is it that it would not be compatible? Second, if i do need tot transfer, will i loose my mailboxes, mail adresses and mails? Kind regards Kevin

Multiple email accounts in web version?
On my Android app I can log into multiple accounts simultaneously and switch between them. Can I do this on the web version as well? Or do I have to log out of one and into the other? Thanks

Not Able to update record
I don't understand this because I am an administrator, have checked the profile and field rights, While updating record using API am getting "You do not have the permission to edit this record or the "id" value you have given is invalid.(401.2)"this error . Can any one help me to resolve this issue.
Extensions not working with european server
We have a test of Zoho one on the EU server. We have tried to install extensions like google drive and Mailchimp. By connecting to the external services, an OAUTH 2 form was completed and the related access was also authorized. But the last step failed, the server returns that the Zoho account we provided does not exist. I suppose the callback URL is on the US server, the US server could not find our account on EU server. Trying to update one record from another
I am using a custom function and going out of my mind - I just don't know why such an ordinary function is so hard and there should be a standard way of doing this I need to get the data from a field in a related record and put it into the same record in another one. I keep getting this error message: "You don't have permission to access Zoho Docs" This occurs with all of our accounts (@eyes360.ca) other then the admin account. Was there a setting the admin account accidentally changed to limit other accounts access to zoho docs?

Zoho Creator - Subform not visible in OnEdit of all records.
Hi, I can't see the subforms in my OnEdit view, There are No error messages, and I can access those fields in OnAdd. So that it's proved that I have the access rights for those forms. How can I make the subforms visible? Any suggestions would be helpful, Thanks in Advance.

How to stop sharing?
I've just begun testing Zoho and I've set up a couple files for public sharing. However, I cannot find a way to turn this back off. The faq says to select the file and right click, then select 'remove share' from the menu. When I do this, the menu does not have a 'remove share' option. Hello Zoho! A user under my domain slpc.com.au tried to send an email to several of our clients and his account got the " Outgoing enabled" option disabled. I, as the administrator, tried to enable outgoings but I got an error stating that I have to be a paid user to do so. Some emails for one employee are getting stuck in the sent items
I can't figure out any reason for this, some of my emails are getting stuck in the sent items and are marked as "In Queue". On of the emails is from yesterday. Other mails go through ok, to various addresses. One of the emails stuck is going to my domain to a distro group... Is there any method to attempt to flush the queue or retry again sooner than whatever the schedule is?

I have created a form to keep track of a project. I have fields such as: Address of project, Contact for project, special instructions for project etc. What I need is a way to store multiple purchase orders within a form.
