Group Sorting
in unattended i tend to use the groups a lot to sort when i add a new group it seems to add to the end of the list and there is no way of sorting into alphabetic order am i missing something or is there a method?
Repeated email forward failures
I keep getting emails similar to the following. Each of these messages were sent to non-existent users at my domain. It looks like spam is being sent to random usernames at my domain and being rejected by gmail. I have spam filtering turned on. Is there any other way to prevent this from happening? other calendars besides default don't sync with caldav
i have davdroid syncing my calendar to my android phone, but it can only find my main calendar. i have another calendar called "birthdays" and it's not accessible to my phone except through the zohomail app. this is again another reason why the zohomail app should sync contacts and calendars natively to the android system, or caldav needs to be implemented properly.

Add Comments to Invoice line items
When I manually generate a line item on an invoice, a box appears that says 'Add Comments', but those comments don't appear on the actual invoice as far as I can tell. Would be very helpful to have that function, any ideas?

Hi, We are looking for a solution where a Lead can be created with minimal amount of required information (First Name & Last Name) but before the Lead can be converted to a Contact, the Lead's Email & Phone Number fields have to be filled. We can set "Required Fields" in Contacts which only applies when a new Contact is created but these rules DO NOT apply when a Lead is converted.

Hi, Is there any easy way to write a SQL or call an API to find out how many rows are used in a database i.e. sum the rows counts of each table (not view) in a database. I tried the SQL path as shown below. When click the Execute button it works. However, if I try to save the SQL as a view and error pops up - "Parsing of Query failed, please check the syntax ". Channels ordering

Can you create a deal/opportunity for a lead without converting the lead to an account?
Hello, My company is using the Standard edition. We only convert our leads to accounts once they actually start buying our products. We want to use the Deals but we see that by default you can only associate the deal to an account. The Lookup Field for Accounts cannot be changed to Leads and I cannot add another Lookup Field. Any ideas or work arounds?

Hi, I' trying to test sharing settings. I successfully managed to limit a user ability to see form A records not created by him. However, if in form B there is a lookup to form A he will see all records. Is this how it should work? How can I also limit the view permission in lookup fields? Thank you for your help. Bruno

I have not been able to send or receive emails in zoho for about 30 minutes now. This looks as though it is a major issue, I have tested with external email providers which are working, however nothing is getting in or out to zoho mail.
