Emails are not sent
Zoho mail has been working perfect for us but from today, we can neither send nor receive the emails. What is the problem, kindly help us

Hi, Since early this morning I'm trying to send mails through one of our mail accounts on webmail. I get the message "Mail Sent" but it does not show on the sent mail box. At one time only I got a short timed message about a problem with IO something but it disappeared quickly and never showed again.
We must copy a shooting screen into a doc twice. then Done.
From on yesterday, I have to copy twice to a doc when I use writer. It 's very terrible. I try to use other explore such as firefox yandex chrome edge and so on , it 's same problem. I must repeat paste twice then success. Then when I reopen the same doc, the image is displayed. All the construct is also damage. Look forward to replying. Thx. Regard Best
IMAP folder - limit message numbers
Can I set a limit on the number of messages synced via IMAP? For example if my users sync with various desktop e-mail clients most of them do not have sufficient storage for all their historical e-mails and their software doesn't feature a limiting function on IMAP sync. With Zoho Workplace e-mail, if I shift my company onto this, I would want to be able to set a host limit of 1000-5000 most recent e-mails available to sync via IMAP. Could I, as the admin, edit a customer's response after submission? I'm still on the free plan. Clicking on a record (or response) changed its view, but nothing gave me an option to edit anything. Thank you for your help. Alexander

Messages in Inbox are Automatically Deleted
Hi, I recently set up a new email address and am having huge problems with emails being deleted. An email will sit in the inbox for around 5 minutes and will then get deleted. If I check the trash I cant even see it. This is causing huge issues for our business. Please advise!
Is there an "autocorrect" function?
I frequently write (in English) words with accents (generally French or German). Is there a function similar to AutoCorrect that would let me create an accented word that would appear when I write it without accents? Or, of course, that would correct a common typo? If there is none, can we hope for one?
1 User Multiple Accounts
I would like to have 1 user who can access multiple email accounts, each associated with a different domain. Here is my current situation: 1. I have one user (me) called rod@rodneyhowell.com Control Panel>User Details>Mail Accounts shows my default email as rod@thenatureofzen.com. I do not see a way to change this. Further down the page is "Mailbox Address" and next to it is the email address rod@thenatureofzen.com with "change" beside it. Clicking on change brings up a selector but the only option

Hi, I sell products in Online marketplaces(Amazon.in/Flipkart). Sometimes the expenses are refunded due to sale returns. I am not able to refund the expenses in Books instead I am deleting the record the expenses. Deleting the expenses that are refunded is not the correct way. Some times refund may happen in same sale month or in next month. numerous bugs
Is anyone else finding Zoho SalesIQ to be extremely buggy? I've been testing for only 2 hours and I've already logged 5 pretty significant bugs with the support team. Many of them seem to be related to the chat widget having difficultly retaining user data or communicating back with the Zoho Servers. The app is semi-stable when you sit on a page and chat, but if you chat while navigating a website it goes absolutely wild. There also seems to be many issues with ending and restarting chat sessions.

Zip Code custom function not refreshing
My Zip Code custom function (enter a Zip and the rest of address is filled in) is working, but the results aren't instantaneous. I have to click Refresh (F5 key on keyboard) in order for the City, State and Country data to change on the screen. Any ideas for fixing this? I'm trying to save my users time....it will defeat the purpose if they have to remember to refresh every record. Thanks!

Hi, I'me getting error 553 "Relaying disallowed" when trying to send mails from differents external accounts to my zoho account. I've seen in a post that if we have the account created at US DataCenter we have to point MX Records to mx.zoho.com instead of mx.zoho.eu. Forgot Login Email - Registered Mobile Number Not Recognized
Dear Support, I try to login to an account I created a few days ago but it seems I have made a typo on the email address during registration process. Logout from password protected page on Sites
I have successfully set up password protected pages but currently, once logged in, these pages are then visible in the future which could be an issue, for example on public computers. Is there a logout button please or could one be added to the page or the menu as this is a security issue?

Calendar not displaying properly via web sharing
Hello, I am using Zoho to share our staff calendar using the HTML sharing link. However, in the last few weeks, Saturdays are not displaying events when using the "Month" view. They show fine when I am logged into my account, just not via the shared link. We have tried several different browsers and computers, so I don't think the problem is on our end. Is it possible to generate a report or custom view in Inventory app to see all items a customer purchased during a predefined / custom date range? I like that I can go into each customer and see the transactions tab. But I can only filter by sales order, invoices, packages, payments received. I would like to be able to see all the items this customer purchased over the last 30 days (or some custom date range), so that our sales team can go back to them to remind them to reorder the same items.
