Change contact fields to optional
In Zoho Desk Enterprise, when you open chat on the website the Name, Email and Question fields are mandatory. How do we make these all optional?
Can't receive some emails
Hello, I have followed the instruction and add MX records to my bluehost domain. It's ony receiving emails from some certain email like hotmail or zoho mail. Mostly Google mail bounced back. Could you please provide a way to fix this? Thank you!
cannot get email on iphone
Followed instructions to setup mail on my iphone. It appears that I can send mail but not receive it. I get the error "Cannot Get Mail [account name] is currently unavailable". My email is webmaster@alltheguides.com. Also, is it possible for me to setup a link to send to people so they can setup their own accounts/passwords, or do I have to make each account @alltheguides? If I have to make their accounts, how can they change their password later? Thank you!

I have purchased "@secretsleepers.us" and am trying to link email to it, but keep getting this error message. Then, when I try to add an email address, it keeps marking it as spam. I'm trying to register a business with Zoho and plan on putting considerable money into this, but if this keeps up, I'm most certainly not having any business with Zoho as Zoho seems hellbent on running me off. Zoho automatically connected to my company linkedin profile and I would prefer to use my personal linkedin profile page for zoho. How do I change it? Every time I disconnect the linkedin page and try to reconnect, it automatically goes to my company linkedin page and doesn’t allow me to change/edit it.
Admin Removing Super Admin
Hello there, Recently I made another user as admin to manage other emails in my absence. However, as a super admin, I found out that this admin can change my own (super admin) email password - thus controlling everything. I think this shouldn't be allowed to admins to change super admin's email passwords. Please let me know how can I keep control over this while admin can manage only users, not the super admin. All the instructions to cancel an account are out of date on Zoho's help pages (I have a free Mail account and I transferred my domain over). First, when I go to "Settings," and then "Close Account," I get an error message saying that: "You are an administrator of your organization : "[mydomain]" . How do you change super admin default email?
I made a mistake when I created the email for the first time as the super admin. I used myname@gmail.com and also all@mydomain.com but now I want to use myname@mydomain.com as the super admin so I can use all@mydomain.com for other things. How do I do that? Is that possible to switch? I do not see the option to change the default email away from all@mydomain.com. :( Please advise. I appreciate your help on this. Thank you.

One thing we find that we are consistently struggling with is customizing the Zoho environment. For instance, we have Templates that we're trying to write, and they have some small nuances in them depending on the context that we want to insert them. Same goes for Alerts, Tasks, etc ... It would be quite useful to be able to simply duplicate an existing template/rule/alert, and make a small change and save it with a new name rather than having to create a brand new one, and do a juggling job

[1] Find and Merge, or De-duplicate is an option that has to be given to any administrator. We found that after applying roles and profiles only the highest ranked role can operate the de-duplication tool - to our understanding this operation has to be given to any administrator. [2] Ideally, the system should be able to recognize duplicate records upon creation (by email and/or phone), and once recognized, it should automatically mark this records with a flag saying "suspected as duplicate"

I have never had an email provider that is so bad at stopping the spam into my inbox. It is the worst spam filtering I have ever seen. Every day I get up to 20 emails from domains @mail.ru and @yandex.com. I have tried everything to stop them coming through but nothing works. I get an additional 50 more spam items per day which I have to manually remove. These offer sex, viagra, drugs, money laundering and heaps more. HOW CAN THESE EMAILS BE GETTING THROUGH?? Delayed Messages between iOS App and Web User
We are testing Sales IQ on a new website for a new company we are starting we will be on the move and not always at our desk so the ability to communicate with Website visitors in real-time from our phones is great. During our initial test, we have noticed a delay of around a minute for messages sent from the phone many messages never arrive on the web chat. hi i am unable to add a user. i have added four users but whenever i try to add kiran.yadav@jeewanpublicschool.org, it says that the user is already invited. but whenever i go to to the list of invitations, it shows the said user as PENDING invitation. i deleted the invitation and tried numerous times but could not succeed. Moreover, i am using cPanel server. My control panel is prompting me to configure the SPF and DKIM but i do not know the process as it is not elaborated for cPanel online. kindly
Blueprint coming up only after records are edited?
After a Blueprint was setup nothing comes up on the records meeting the Blueprint criteria. Even deleting all requiered criteria still nothing comes up. It comes up only after the records are edited some how. Is this a know issue? Do 100% of the respective records have to be edited after a Blueprint criteria is adjusted? in order for the Blueprint area fields to appear?
Zoho Subscriptions authentication have failed

When I enter AUTHTOKEN and choose my company account it says "You do not have access as your account is disabled. Please contact your administrator for details." Automated Triggers dont work together
I want to show invite to chat message after a visitor browse for 20 seconds. If visitor didnt start using chat after 10 seconds I want to show another invite message. I set up 2 triggers.
