Embed Zoho Creator Form WITHOUT Iframe
Hello, Is there a way you can provide the code / script or otherwise that I may embed my Creator form into my external website without the use of an Iframe? Unfortunately Iframes don't render properly in Safari. A support request was sent in another post regarding the Iframe issue but I have had no resolution. Is there any other way I can embed the form? Mails are bouncing
The mails to all the ids are bouncing every now and then. This is happening from the time we have configured the emails with Zoho. We have 5 email id with BigRock where the domain is hosted and 3 with Zoho. All of them have this issue of emails getting undelivered when an email is sent to these ids. Attached is the screenshot of the error we get. Please resolve this soon.
"In the last..." filter not working as expected
I'd expect it to include the current day. For example, I would expect "In the last 2 days" to include today. But it doesn't. I did a support chat a while back on this issue and got the "working as intended" answer. Since another of my users just complained about it, I thought I'd bring it up again - this time publicly - in hopes of gathering support. I can't imagine a scenario where I would want "in the last 2 days" or "in the last week" to not include the current day.

Is it possible to embed photos that are uploaded with a link on various parts of the photo? Or if not, the entire image? And are there any other button options other than the rectangle? Would be nice to know how to customize them, or upload a different button. Also, is it possible to upload fonts to use for the templates as well? Would be nice to use our company font. Thanks!

Hello , Actually ,my organization employee maintaining the Zoho books with their domain based email id in zoho , Now we planned to migrate the mail server to ZOHO mail , So while adding the users its complaint like users already exists , It just send the invitation to the users email account , But currently we fully migrated the mail server to zoho , So There is no chances to get the invitation so how to add these types of users in Zoho mail , please do needful asap .

What are the rate limits for the new Desk APIs? And is there a way to get tickets by ticketnumber?
Hi. I have 2 questions: 1) What are the rate limits for the new Desk APIs? I cannot find them in the official documentation. 2) Is there an API method to get a ticket by ticket number? Currently I have to make many, many calls to get all tickets (since pagination is limited to ~50 items per call) and then exhaustively compare the ticket number against all tickets. This can cause problems because there are a lot of tickets and I might get rate limited. Many thanks.

Hi There, We think that this would be a good idea for our staff and all Zoho Users. We have it set up in our company that certain agents can only access certain things. Like a Level 1 User can only view and reply to tickets assigned to them only. A Level 2 user can only reply to tickets assigned to them and reply to the forums A Level 3 user can assign tickets, reply to forums and configure customer accounts. A Level 4 user is considered a supervisor, this role can assign tickets, reply to forums.

Problem sending WebToLead Form per cURL
