Case creation error question
Hello, I have a question about the case creation rule. We have internal users who have CRM support issues, and we wasnt to manage that in CRM through Cases. I have a workflow setup to create cases from the support queue, and send an automatic reply. Internal users may or may not be users in CRM(New hires etc.). Horizontal scroll on task details page
Hello Zoho CRM team, I noticed a minor bug in the layout of task details page. It's minor, but I think in such great product there should not be such bugs. Browser and OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Chrome 56 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Activities page 2. Select any Task and open Task details page You will see the horizontal scroll in the browser. Possible solution: crmcontemporary.css, selector .tb_newmenu - remove padding-left. I'm including the screenshot, hope it helps.
How to sync all emails throgh exchange service?
I want to use the exchange service in order to eliminate any delays, but I found it cannot sync all mails for me, it just downloads recent few months, so I want to know is there any way to enable this feature? Thank you everyone who can help me.
Tickets are not fetching all of a sudden
I do not know, I have tried to call on the phone for my problem that support emails are not creating tickets all of a sudden, it was working alright, but one day at night I checked why the organization having support emails and i figured the tickets are not working I am using the zoho desk and I tried to work around but nothing possibly there even you can not see the log file. Please do help us if anyone can aproach the zoho....
Sync not working Zoho CRM plug-in with Outlook 2010
I have Outlook 2010 64 bits, I installed succesfully the Outlook plugin, the problem is that when I add the contacts folder and I try to sync with the CRM nothing happens, and when I try to synch again Outlook asks me to choose again the folder. Maybe the problem is some pre-requisite. Thx.

Quickbooks Online issue
Has anyone successfully connect to Quickbooks Online? I've setup a Connection but when I try to execute: searchResponse = intuit.quickbooks.searchRecords("Zoho", "{company ID}", "SELECT * FROM Customer where DisplayName='Insert Name Here'"); I receive a "401 unauthorized" error. I've checked the Company ID in Quickbooks online several times and it appears to be correct. Could this be due to using a Canadian Quickbooks database? Thanks!

When I customize business card as an admin, does that do it for all users?
Just wondering if that only does it for myself, or if customizing that changes it for all standard users as well? Side note, I really wish we could set the theme and colours for users and lock it so they can't change it. I like having us all the same colour but hate when I go to an employee's desk and shes changed it to pink!

Hi, I am doing a POC of whether I can move my existing site to Zoho Sites or not. One of my tests is that existing URLs continue to work. For the most part, they do. However, I am stuck with one case that I need help with. One of my URLs was http://mydomain.com/mydoc.pdf - a PDF file in the root folder of the site. In Zoho, when I upload mydoc.pdf, the URL seems to be http://mydomain.com/files/mydoc.pdf. Is there a way to support the old URL?
Ability to add names to URL attachments
When adding attachments to an URL Link (Google Doc for example), ZOHO CRM is not fetching the actual name of the file so it'd be really helpful to add a custom name to the attachment.

So far as what I have understood from the documentation is that to get an Auth token I have to call this URL with the respective fields filled in: https://accounts.zoho.com/apiauthtoken/nb/create?SCOPE=ZohoCRM/crmapi&EMAIL_ID=[Username/EmailID]&PASSWORD=[Password]&DISPLAY_NAME=[ApplicationName] So my first question is: How is that secure in any way? I'm creating a simple application (contacts) but one requirement has me stumped. Seems like it should be easy but I'm not able to come up with the right search terms to find the answer. The requirement is to update an existing record with a brief note of when the contact was last met with and why. The note is simple freeform text (ex. "Spoke by phone.") and the date can be a timestamp or a date field. The date does need to be a distinct field because the user wants to be able to search by date

Printing Zoho Page with embedded Zoho Report - is this possible?
I have a Zoho Page with an embedded report. I turned on the header option to print the page. When I print the page, the report gets really tall and spans multiple pages. When you go back to the page the report also stays tall and starts scrolling within the element window. Is this proper behavior or is there some configuration that I'm missing. I see there is an embed as image in Zoho Reports. Do you need to use Zoho Reports to do this or is there a way to get an embedded report to print properly

Emailing Contacts based upon Account criteria
I need to be able to email certain contacts. However the sorting and criteria is based upon fields in the accounts module - not contacts. Example: We use Factory Representatives to sell our product. On the account page it has fields called: Account Type = Factory Representative Status = Active There are many contacts that belong to the above account and those are who I need to email. These fields do not appear on the contacts pages since Account is the one that determines the "Type" and "Status".

Hello, Yesterday I deleted my godaddy domain email address from zoho mail, also the organization profile i had associated to it. The problem is that in the process of doing this somehow all my emails were deleted from my inbox, sent, trash, etc... SPF setup not working
