Create status field on product
Hey all, I've got leads who are given products in the CRM website, and I can add them to leads easily enough. What I need to happen, however, is that different products have statuses unique to that lead. For instance, user1 and user2 have product1 added to their lead accounts. At this point, maybe user1 is up to "paid" for product1, but user2 shows "rejected". Is it possible to have individualised fields on products? From what I'm doing now, changing any field in the product changes it for everyone,

I have recently taken out a subscription to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and I checked with Zoho Support regarding the timing for the upcoming link with Zoho CRM (this was reported on by Microsoft, who now own LinkedIn). The answer I received from the Zoho support person this week is that this link is the responsibility of Microsoft. Hi, is it possible to access a image with an authtoken It is not a good solution to save the complete HTML tag into a database. Why was this done? Time for MX and TXT records to propagate
Hi, I set up the MX and TXT records as detailed in the dashboard, but the changes haven't fully taken affect. The sight recognizes the added TXT record for the domainkey, and it recognized the cname when I registered, but it's not recognizing the MX records or the TXT record for SPF. MxToolbox and any DNS checking site I can think of shows these records as being correctly pointed. How long does it usually take for the ZohoMail setup to find the changed records and properly set up? I can't receive
Deleting e-mails
Hello, my colleague set up her POP account on Mac Book. Her computer downloaded e-mails on hard drive and deleted e-mails from her Zoho mail client, but her usage quota is still full (5GB). Now she cannot see any old (downloaded) e-mail on Zoho client, but storage is still full. Can I (admin) somehow access and delete some space on her Zoho client? Suggestion - 'Snippet' option for Response tab
Love the 'Snippet' feature for ticket replies - saves time. Most [80%+] of our tickets are repeat issues that I have 'snippets' setup to respond to. A few years ago, Zoho had a fantastic product that worked almost exactly like Microsoft's OneNote does now. You could create notebooks that had sections with blank or specially purposed pages. 554 5.2.3 mailpolicy violation error
I have about 40 clients on Zoho. Today I emailed one of them and got this error. I looked it up and found it has to do with too large an attachment. I sent no attachment. So I'm guessing this may have to do with her mailbox full or someone else sent too large an attachment and now everyone's email is blocked. Can you please look into this?
