I have a mail merge that is not working properly. Records are being cached and not refreshed. Is there a way to force a refresh of records?
Domain name and phone number locked and Unverified
Hi, I tried to sign up for a new account using the following phone number 08037909271, for domain name: farmhubb.com. However, I couldn't complete the sign up successfully and hence could not verify the account or the domain. When I try to login using the phone number I get the message that it is invalid, and the domain name is also already associated with that account hence I can not even sign up for the domain name again. Please help me release the domain name and the phone number. Thank you.

URL redirect on html form
On my form I have the url set to redirect to a thank you page on my site but it is not working when I am using the html version of the form. How to send/receive from group.
So I created a public group in ZOHO for people to email general questions for my blog. It was similar to questions@mydomain.com. I sent an email to it via my gmail account and I can't find the email. My original zoho email that I got for my domain works fine, it's just the group email address that isn't working. What's up?

I would like to know if it's possible to transfer a file link to an attachment file from Amazon s3 to Zoho CRM. When I open the link in my browser, I see the file download start. But when I send it to Zoho, nothing shows up in the attachment section. However, I am able to upload files directly from my web form and that works fine. What happen when an email account is deleted from Google Apps after having the IMAP integration?
We have Google Apps. When we connect the email account using IMAP in Zoho CRM, all emails come to the CRM. What happens when an Google Apps account is deleted? Do all email dissapear? is there a way to let these emails in Zoho after the Google Apps account is deleted in Google and the user is deactivated in Zoho CRM?

If the user 1 executes the button, in the sales order it says that it has been modified by me (the super administrator, who has done the custom button). Hi, My main domain is weeserv.com. I created mx record for following instruction refered here. MX Records created successfully. Emails can send/Receive. But till now i can`t receive godaddy server mails only. I receive other emails. Please help me give your reference. Track Leads and Potentials stage evolution
Our aim is to insert new Leads, from a third party application, trough the use of the CRM API. Then the Sales rep do their usual job of qualifying and converting Leads to Potentials and Contacts. I would like to track, still using the CRM API, the evolution of these leads. Hello, I wish to upload a single attachment to a potential and then link it to the contact and custommodule1. I can upload the file fine, but adding the CONTACTID as a parameter in /Potentials/uploadFile does not appear to work. Is this possible?
The Leads app is not getting all of the Trade Show QR data....why not?
Is the amount of data received from a trade show QR badge dependent on what the attending company gives to the trade show? We are not getting key data from the badge like address and phone, just name. Any ideas?
